“A perfect place for a perfect holiday with friends”

Myself and 6 friends stayed here for 10 days and have found it perfect for our annual holiday together. We had a deluxe room with a sea view and a balcony. The coastline here is very rocky, so no beach. But the pool area is more than adequate and there were always plenty of sun beds available. There's a smaller, warm water pool where most of the activities take place, a larger pool for the better swimmers and a small jacuzzi. The food in the buffet restaurant is varied and always tasty, satisfying everyone's needs. But the best part of this hotel are the Staff, the Activities team and the nightly entertainment. A particular mention must go to Manuel, Marta and Aisha who run activities all day, in the pool and out of it. Always friendly and helpful. Brilliant communication skills and enthusiasm. The bar staff and the restaurant staff too are always happy in their work and never seem to get harressed with all the demands for drinks even at a late hour. They all work so hard to keep the customers happy. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

“Fabulous hotel”

Staff were fabulous, nothing too much trouble and very attentive. Food lovely . We were all inclusive and my partner said the beer on draught was poor. Staff were fabulous, nothing too much trouble and very attentive. Food lovely . We were all inclusive and my partner said the beer on draught was poor. Entertainment was okay not brilliant... however when it finishes the atmosphere was dead, no background music, the entertainment bar closes and everyone seemed to go to bed by 10 pm! Appreciate they can't play loud music after a certain time but it was boring after the live singers finished.

The hotel generally is very nice, the area it is in feels tired and having visited Costa adeje on many occasions I think we prefer that area. The food is good and choice excellent but for my wife the vegetarian option seemed to be salad, soup, pasta or pizza. Room wise they are nice and spacious(superior deluxe) but do request a high floor above level 7 as pool and restaurant and entertainment is on level 5. Animation team are friendly and classes or pool games are good fun. Gym is pretty well equipped. Getting a sunbed hasn’t been an issue. The real downside to this hotel is the pool bar (Breeze) , the service is slow, you get ignored and a few bar tenders are just very rude, which is a shame. I probably wouldn’t stay here again as there are nicer hotels, staff and resorts on Tenerife.

On the whole the hotel was nice, the staff were all very pleasant, rooms were nice although our rooms aircon didn’t seem to be working right, it was cooler than outside or the hallways but not as cool as you would expect. The pools were lovely, crystal clear and nice and warm, cool enough to cool you down after sunbathing but not ice cold when you go for a dip, that was the best thing about the hotel. The food at the breeze pool bar is open from late morning to 7pm, it was served food and not bad, it’s a shame that this area wasn’t open longer into the night, given it’s an adult only hotel to stay open later and serving customers until say 10pm would have been perfect as the outlook/views were beautiful and warm enough to sit out even after the sun went down. Instead the only real eating option was the buffet, I thought it was good enough, nothing to write home about in term of being “great” but it had enough choice, replenished often enough and had its theme nights. This was the only real choice because the al a carte restaurant was a paid restaurant, normally in a AI hotel you get one visit per week but not here which was disappointing. Sun beds were plentiful and well positioned so you didn’t need to get up really early to get a good spot but if you got up late there was less choice but still enough to go round. The evening entertainment was ok, didn’t go every night but they had a Motown type night and the group were very good Once the restaurant closed and the breeze bar closed at 7pm the only place to sit for evening drinks was the small bar by the entertainment room at reception and some small seating area outside it the entertainment area, if the hotel was fully booked that could be an issue hence why I think the breeze bar should be open a lot later. Overall a nice hotel but with a couple of simple tweaks it could have been lovely
