“Perfect stay”

It was really nice! We enjoy our stay at the hotel. The food was really good and also the view at the sea was pretty! We enjoyed everything in the hotel. Also the live music by night.

I have just returned from a 10 day all inclusive stay in Landmar with my family (wife and 2 children aged 10 and 8). We stayed as Landi village guests. To cut a long story short, we had an fantastic time. Iv tried to cover a few bits below. Staff The staff at this hotel are absolutely excellent. Everyone. From reception, cleaners, animation teams etc. They were all brilliant. All extremely friendly, always said hello in passing and made us feel extremely welcome. Hotel It is a bit of a journey from the airport if taking a transfer (we booked through easyjet holidays) which can take up to an hour and a half. The hotel is large, there is plenty of space, we had absolutely no problems getting sunbeds or drinks at bars etc. It was all handled extremely efficiently. The hotel is also spotless, the cleaners do an incredible job. At all times there seems to be someone cleaning something. The small details here count the most, the cup returns for example were always clean keeping flys and wasps away. So many hotels dont bother with this, but this is a greatly appreciated extra touch. Room We stayed in a landi village ocean view suite. The room itself was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. We had a room a little behind a restaurant, but we werent out on the balcony much anyway and were mainly at the pool and bar areas. The only minor issue was the pillows we had werent great and the shower tray fall wasnt the best so water did escape into the floor and hallway. After day 1 i just barracaded it with a couple of towels and cleaned it down each evening after we all showered. Something which could be looked at at some point in room k203, but family friends who stayed in another room didnt have this problem. So seemed to be room specific. As said above, the rest of the hotel was great so for the 5 mins it took me to tidy up, it wasnt worth giving the staff hassle. The maids came in every day and did a fantastic job and are also super friendly. Food and drinks I found the food to be very good. There was loads to pick from in the main buffet restaurant. My wife can find things tricky to pick due to dietry requirements, but in general found something without issue and we cant expect the hotel to cater for every indvidual circumstance. Personally i really enjoyed the food, yes its not always piping hot, but i found everything plenty hot enough to really enjoy the meals i had. Different cuisine each night with some usual staples like pizza, pasta, salad and fruit. Self pour dorada on tap along with branded soft drinks (including pepsi max with the wife was most pleased with!) There were fresh cooked meat and fish and a roast meat every day (pork belly with crackling was outstanding) There was bottled wine, self pour in the main restaurant. Again, all staff were excellent. There are self serve soft drinks, beers and sangrias in various places throughout the hotel and around 5 or 6 cocktails on the all inc. Some things were additional but discounted on top. I didnt find the need to pay for any additionals and all the cocktails were great. Many branded spirits included in the all inclusive. All in all very impressed. If you are a landi patron, you also get proper espresso coffees included in the package. Pool and activities Pools are large, we didnt need to go down to the pool without the slide. Plenty of space, no broken sun beds, plenty of umbrellas, pool bar great. All clean, no complaints at all. Lots of pool activities, the animation team encourage you to partake, but dont get overly pushy. Just the right amount of interaction. Nolan and Himmy were great... SANGRIAAA.. and the children really enjoyed doing archery and darts etc. Evenings Loads of shows, live music, magic, dancing... the girls loved it. The bar was great, not overly long waits at the bars (again, staff fantastic) arcade with lots of things to play and a few pool tables. I wouldnt hestitate coming back here, in case the above isnt clear, i thought it was excellent. Its probably one of the best run hotels i have been to and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Improvements we've noted: *More places/bins to leave rubbish/empty drinks cups and staff emptying them throughout the day. *Landi exclusive seating area at all 3 meal times, not just breakf… more

This is our 2nd visit to the hotel (2024 we 1st came and i did the original review) and we still loved it. Improvements we've noted: *More places/bins to leave rubbish/empty drinks cups and staff emptying them throughout the day. *Landi exclusive seating area at all 3 meal times, not just breakfast, and more options exclusive to Landi Suite guests. *Exclusive reserved beds policy for Landi suites, fab age appropriate gifts for the kids in rooms and various other perks for the use of the rooms. *Animation team have lots more going on than before. *Splash Park and soft play have been updated. Downsides: (Personal as son has an Eating Disorder) They have changed the chicken nuggets from battered to breadded, they are usually cold and hard so he doesn't like the texture. We came back here specifically as one of the things he loved was the nuggets. I tried then and I didn't enjoy them either. Umbrella stands need updating so the hold the umbrellas securely on windy days. You can't have them up in high winds on hot days for shade as they come out of the stands as most of the holders that secure the are broken. This was the same 2 years ago and still seems like they don't think to do this. Lack of shade on super hot windy days forces people back to their rooms, especially with young kids. Shows: Some of the shows are the same set/routine as 2 years ago. I know outside acts can't be told what to do, but repeat acts for repeat customers gets boring. Kids clubs: There needs to be a 8-11 year old category. My kids felt/are too big for the kids club but too young to go to the teens club with facilities they would have enjoyed using in the evening. Ola Snack bar: Burgers and hot dogs were hot but the chips were always cold and dry when we went. Salads were basic and a little lack lustre. Overall we had a great holiday again, the staff are amazing, animation team are on the go all day, room was cleaned every day, food was actually improved mostly in the buffet. We didn't use the a la cart visits due to myself sons ED and lack of options for him. Would come back again in another couple of years.
