“Great Hotel”

Excellent hotel, great location with lovely pool area and sea or harbour views. Food was great and all the staff were polite and made us feel welcome. Rooms were excellent, gym was great. Overall excellent hotel which we will visit again 👌

This is our third visit to Marina Suites. Beautiful hotel, fabulous swimming pool, lovely relaxed apartment style rooms and a good location. However a few little niggles, this year, no complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, no daily bottle of water, no lovely chewy sweets in room. Coffee stand not regularly filled. This didn’t spoil our trip at all,was just something we observed from previous. Will we go again? Of course we will, already looking to book in the future.

This is not a four star apart/hotel. It does, however, provide value for money for those who want a sunshine break on a budget. The staff are friendly and helpful and make every effort to accommodate guests' needs. The rooms themselves are basic but adequate and there are areas of the room which require attention - an update is overdue. This also applies to the accommodation in general where a some investment would remove that tired look. The breakfast is well organised with attentive staff ready to to clear tables and offer help when needed. Some guests simply can't help themselves by reserving sun beds when this is absolutely unnecessary. There are plenty available although they are crammed together somewhat. Here the staff appear to turn a blind eye. Some guests also seem to think that listening to Greatest Hits Radio is something that should be shared with others within at least a five metre radius - you know who you are! Others like to share their FaceTime calls with those on neighbouring sun beds turning private chats into public noise pollution - a major breach of modern etiquette. Some positives: 1. A novel idea for servicing the rooms. If you don't need your room cleaned, simply put the tag/notice on the room outside handle in the evening and in the morning you'll receive a credit slip under your door with a voucher for €4 off your extras bill at the end. 2. For those who'd rather not share the poolside with some of the 'noisier' guests.there is a adult only area with usefully separated sun beds and a couple of hot-tubs. 3. The reception area is welcoming and everywhere the Marina Suites is kept clean and tidy. Despite the tired look the rooms are also clean and tidy.
