“Great stay”

Had a lovely stay really clean and staff are very accommodating. Pool was very clean and our view was to die for would highly recommend booking a sea view. I will definitely visit again with my family.

Everything was really clean in the apartment. Adequate cooking equipment and facilities for a weeks stay. The decor could be updated but that's no issue. The pool was great. Clean, quiet and spacious. Never had to fight for a sunbed! Access to the beach is easy. The local beach is secluded and quiet, away from the crowds. Receptionists were super easy going and helpful. They called us taxis, let us add an extra bed, kept our bags safe. Overall a great stay.

This is a quiet hotel at the top of a hill in Playa Aguila. If you are being transferred from the airport the coach will be unable to reach the top of the hill and you are dropped at the taxi rank at the bottom, that’s about 300 mtrs to walk up. This is a quiet hotel at the top of a hill in Playa Aguila. If you are being transferred from the airport the coach will be unable to reach the top of the hill and you are dropped at the taxi rank at the bottom, that’s about 300 mtrs to walk up. Staff and housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy if in need of some TLC. Towels changed every 2 days and sheets very 5. They are spacious and equipped for self-catering. No oven but microwave. TV seemed to be only free Spanish/German channels. WiFi, slow and dropping at busy times making streaming difficult in the evenings. Nice sun terrace on many rooms with view of the sea. The beach is about 20 metres, down about 50 steps and along a shore line terrace. There are no facilities on the beach. Waves can be heavy at times so stay away from the rocks. 2 Shops within walking distance for basic provisions, Wine, Beer, fruit, Veg, Crisps, Water, Micro wave meals, pasta, Juice, Milk, Limited coffee/tea, bread and eggs. On site restaurant, small and can get busy. Take outs can be ordered. 2 other eateries available, one at the bottom of the hill pre booking a table is essential. There is nothing else in the area. A short bus ride to Playa Del Inglis costing 2 euros for more places to see and shop. Taxi back is 10 euros. It’s quite a walk so don’t take that option. There were no children there while we stayed, pool area was quiet and tranquil. Pool was cold though, but that’s a good thing. Overall, a pleasant stay, nice and quiet, we traveled out daily to see the sites and take in the island. All excursions were booked by WTS who came to the hotel with all the required information.

We are a family of 6, arrived last Thursday late in the evening . Reception was closed so called a number to get our keys from a Key safe, and found our way to our apartments. We are a family of 6, arrived last Thursday late in the evening . Reception was closed so called a number to get our keys from a Key safe, and found our way to our apartments. There was nothing around us for food or water , but there was a bottle of wine with 2 glasses. We ordered burger king which came from playa del ingles. We paid for double room with sea view and terrace, with direct access to the walk above the beach and stairs to the beach. However this was not the case. We were woken at 7am the next morning by machinery and workmen. We looked outsie and saw building materials all along what should have been our access to the walk. So the doors were locked . We asked to move rooms, and we were moved to the apartments above. A little better but the apartment had no oven or no ceiling fans. These apartments have no air conditioning and get extremley warm. The weekend was quiet and we forgot about the work. The pool is lovely. The restaurant is lovely. The staff are lovely. Monday came around and the machinery woke us again at 7am, and there is no escaping it. 7 day holiday, 5 days of this . The work is not on the hotel, but on the beach front. And it is for safety. Reception is not 24 hours and there are no vending machine but there is a shop a small walk away . There is a taxi rank at the end of the road. And a bus stop is a few minutes further to take you to all of the other areas . This location is not suitable for those with mobility issues. We booked through love holidays. I am. Itnsure if we booked direct with thte hotel would we have been notified about the works, but love holidays did not inform us. I would return for a quiet break when the works are finished as it is a lovely place to stay. I cant upload any phtotos as it says incorrect file format.
