Fantastic location 10 metres from the protected bird sanctuary and 50 metres from sand dunes, beach, bars and restaurants. Well equipped apt Inc air con,washing m/c, kitchen appliances,hair dryer etc, Only downsides were, towels are paper thin, front door to the complex wouldn't open sometimes and the WiFi was a bit up and down . All in all a really good apt , would definitely use again .

“Good budget holiday.”

We had a good holiday! The apartments were simple but very clean. Minimal equipment for self catering but just about enough for our needs. Cereal bowls would have been useful but we managed with just plates. Plenty of bedding and towels, cleaned every other day. We ran out of loo roll over the week… more

We had a good holiday! The apartments were simple but very clean. Minimal equipment for self catering but just about enough for our needs. Cereal bowls would have been useful but we managed with just plates. Plenty of bedding and towels, cleaned every other day. We ran out of loo roll over the weekend so make sure you're stocked up on Fridays! The pool area is lovely, and no loud music blaring which meant we could snooze in peace, and it never got too busy. There's a supermarket 3 minutes walk away with lovely fresh bread and everything else we needed. The beach is 5 minutes walk and the sun beds are the least expensive I've hired anywhere at €2.50 /day per bed. Brolleys same price. The reception isn't manned at all times but the mobile phone number for help/queries was answered quickly when I called it. The toilets for use when by the pool are also located by reception so when it was closed over the weekend we had to go back up to our apartments which was a bit of a pain. The lack of AC in June was not a big problem but I wouldn't stay there in hotter months. There wasn't a fan in either of our rooms so if it had been hotter we might have struggled. The hotel opposite has noisy ac fans that go on and off all evening which disturbed us a little at first but we got used to it. All in all we would definitely return out of high season. It's great for a budget sun holiday.

“Jacarandas Beach in June 2024”

The apartments were only 4 floors high. I requested a high floor and our room was on the top floor. There was a lift. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. Could have done with aircon on a night. The apartments were only 4 floors high. I requested a high floor and our room was on the top floor. There was a lift. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. Could have done with aircon on a night. There was a safe in the wardrobe which was free of charge.The apartment was clean. The outdoor furniture was French and cost a fortune! Fermob. Very, very nice. I want some! The bathroom was big. Unfortunately, the enamel had worn off parts of the bath and made it look dirty. It wasn't. It was just wear and tear but looked a bit off-putting. All staff were friendly. There was a small library in reception where I found a book I hadn't read, by one of my favourite authors. Very pleased with that! The pool was small but adequate and clean with good furniture around it. The apartments were up quite a steep hill, about a third from the bottom. It was always quiet and a was a short walk to the sea, restaurants and bars. We would go back to the Jacarandas Beach again.
