Very nice place, not a great high rise, thank goodness! It was not too crowded, not too many noisy children, very clean, food was great for all inclusive. Drinks were good, although the cocktails a little too sweet for me, but the sangria was nice. Only issue was our room 219 had a loud hum, not a problem during the day but it disturbed my sleep at night although the beds were comfy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Stayed for a week in March. First thing to mention is that every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful. The communal areas, pool areas and rooms were well maintained and cleaned really well. We were impressed by the food. Everything you need for a good breakfast (continental as well as cooked) and a good variety of choice at lunch and dinner and all cooked well. The pool bar was great and had a good selection of drinks and cocktails. In contrast to other places we've stayed, the wine on tap was excellent. The free crazy golf was fun. Games room had things like air hockey and a pool table. Two swimming pools which were cleaned meticulously every morning (you need to hire pool towels if you don't bring your own - we didn't hire so don't know what the cost was). The apartment we stayed in was a good size (lounge with kitchenette, bedroom, shower room and balcony) and it was certainly a comfortable size for the two of us. The entertainment was a bit sparse as it was still low season but the young man (Italian but cannot remember his name) that did the aqua gym, bingo and more was excellent and really engaged with everyone staying there. Free car park which was excellent as we had arranged for a hire car to be delivered to us. The only negative comments I would make about our stay are that the kitchenette was pretty redundant as cooking utensils were provide and we had to hire a kettle (6€ per week) which I think could have been included and I am a bit picky about towels and the ones we had were quite small.

Visited for a week in early February 2026. My room was spacious, well maintained and comfortably furnished. The food range was generally very good. Service at the pool bar was excellent, the staff are really committed to customer service. The hotel appears to focus on German customers. There were clear instructions in the welcome letter not to reserve sun beds but this was blatantly ignored, as was not filling bottles with drinks from the taps in the restaurant.

New year get away. After reading the reviews I was a bit worried we wouldn't enjoy our trip. 6 of us travelled after a difficult year and we have all really enjoyed our time here. The rooms are great, a small kitchen, good size living space, good bathroom and decent size bed. The staff here are lovely and made our holiday, they can't help enough! We came away for the new year, never booked all inclusive for the new year before, the staff/hotel went all out! The food selection and set up was fantastic! The little touches - the grape tradition and party bag a lovely touch. The hotel isn't too far out, a taxi to the beach is cheap enough. The place is clean and the selection of food that's offered was brilliant for us, none of us had a complaint. Safes are available, you can hire these, with a deposit.
