Myself and my partner have visited this fabulous hotel around 6 times over the past few years, I have previously brought my parents, and on this occasion, we brought my parents, and my sister and her adult daughter. Upon arrival we had a slight issue with our room allocation, however, I will not dwell on this as it was quickly resolved and the hotel couldn't do more to ensure it was resolved and we were happy. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone. Club Maspalomas is ideally located, less than 20 minutes to the airport, and ideally located a short taxi drive into Maspalomas, and into Play Del Ingles. There are also plenty of walks near by and bike rides, and if you are fit and healthy you could easily walk into Maspalomas too. Whilst this is a smaller hotel, its beautifully set up with individual bungalow style rooms, with their own terrace, and you get sunshine around the hotel all day long. I would highly recommend booking a junior suite with private terrace and Jacuzzi, they are amazing, whilst the rooms themselves are the same as all the others, these rooms have beautiful, big, and very private garden/terrace areas, with your own hot tub and sun loungers. Its like being in your own mini-villa! The rooms themselves are perfectly appointed, nice, small sitting area, functional and well appointed bathroom and good sized bedrooms, with very comfortable beds and good storage, and of course the rooms all have Aircon. The surroundings and gardens of the hotel are always kept beautifully, the swimming pool in the middle of the resort is always warm and pleasant, and LOTS of sunbeds to sit out. You also have the benefit of the roof top heated pool/spa/steam room/sauna, and a very well appointed gym too. The bar and restaurant area is my favorite place! You can find everything you need at breakfast - freshly cooked eggs, omelettes etc, and loads of fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, breads, and all the other usual foods. Excellent coffee and fruit juices etc. And the ambiance is so relaxing, too enjoy your meals in. You can choose to upgrade and have dinner in the hotel too, and there are always lovely choices and good quality too. And again, its a lovely ambiance at dinner time, usually with music playing or a live musician or singer on, and there is usually an act on after dinner too which is always usually pretty good! The final thing that really sets this hotel apart from everywhere else for us - is the team, everyone you come across is just lovely, so friendly, helpful, and always working their bums off and always going above and beyond. Everyone clearly enjoys working there - and you can see that on the smiles always on their faces! They really make your holiday special, from the reception team, to the cleaners, gardeners, bar and restaurant staff, and the managers - thank you a million times over! As much as EVERYONE is brilliant, I want to give a little special shout to Diego, the Assistant Manager, who really went over and above to ensure that we had the most amazing holiday, and I have to say - he achieved that! Overall, we love Gran Canaria and Maspalomas too, Maspalomas its a beautiful, classy resort, with lots of excellent bars and restaurants and again, the people are just the best, and the weather and general environment and atmosphere sets it apart from most places for us, we are well travelled people, but always find ourselves going back time and time again - and we always will. “A piece of heaven”

What more can be said about this hotel that hasn't been said already? This is by far the best hotel of all the other hotels I've stayed at in the last decade. What more can be said about this hotel that hasn't been said already? This is by far the best hotel of all the other hotels I've stayed at in the last decade. This is the third year in a row that we've made it all the way there. And every time it never ceases to amaze us. Calling the staff amazing is a huge understatement. And I mean everyone, from the front desk to the cleaners and even the maintenance staff. Everything works with precision and quality that is particularly impressive. The food, the variety of rooms, the spacious and clean, and they don't seem to miss a beat. I've written that the entire staff is amazing, but at the same time, there are always those who are one level above, and those are Javier and Eva. We can't wait until next year when we'll be back again

We have just returned from our 9th visit to this wonderful hotel. As usual on arrival we were warmly greeted and everything was perfect with the room. The hotel is always looking to make improvements and we noticed several changes, such as the decor and other small changes around the grounds. All the areas of the hotel are well maintained and spotlessly clean. There was a bottle of bubbly in the room along with fresh fruits. As returning guests there was also a lovely welcome note and some drinks in the fridge. This was a nice touch and unexpected. What we have always loved about this hotel is how friendly and helpful all the staff are. Nothing is ever too much trouble. This time there were some new members, it’s unfair to single any out but I have to mention Daniel and Gustavo who were great. Many of the familiar faces were there, who we have got to know over the years and it’s always nice to catch up. A welcome addition this year was a “paint & sip” activity which was fun. Neither of us are artists but it was enjoyable to have a go at painting and enjoy some local cheese and wine. This was run by Catalina who works in the restaurant. She was amazing! The buffet breakfast is very good with plenty of choice for everyone. As with previous visits we booked half board as the evening buffet is normally very good. In writing this review I have to give an honest opinion and on this occasion I was slightly disappointed on a few evenings with the choice and quality of the food available. We stayed for 9 nights and of the 5 meals we had from the buffet I would say 2 were very good. We did eat in the Italian À la carte restaurant one night at an additional cost. The food and service on offer was exceptional and we had lovely meal. One of the reasons we love this hotel is how peaceful it is around the pool and the ease at which you can get sunbeds at any time of day. In the past no one reserves them early in the morning and there is no rush. This visit, and something we have never experienced before (even when the hotel has been full), is that towels were appearing on the beds which were then left unattended for a couple of hours. On most days by 10:30am all the sunbeds were reserved. In all our previous visits we have never seen this and I hope it is something that will be addressed by the management. The hotel has a beautiful spa pool which is upstairs above the restaurant. The water temperature is 34, there is also a cold bath steam room and sauna. To summarise we had another amazing holiday and loved seeing all the familiar faces who do everything to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable one. Looking forward to going back again later in the year!
