Our stay at Gloria Palace San Agustín Thalasso & Hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations! The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location. Our room was comfortable with lovely views, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious dishes at every meal. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always had a smile on their face and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The absolute highlight was the Thalasso Spa. The seawater pools, hydrotherapy jets, waterfalls, and relaxing atmosphere were simply incredible. It was one of the best spa experiences we have ever had and the perfect way to relax. We had an unforgettable holiday and created wonderful memories. Thank you to everyone at Gloria Palace San Agustín Thalasso & Hotel for making our stay so special.

“Beautiful”

This hotel is amazing staff are always cleaning and very polite the rooms were big better than expected food was lovely I think my only issue was the pool not opening until 10 but also understand they need to clean it loved the adult only area by the pool definitely recommend

Just returned from the hotel, 5 nights all inclusive. Pros: Very clean everywhere Staff exceptionally quick to clear tables at meal times Pool a lovely temperature and very clean Food - good variety, I’m fussy and there’s always something to eat. Yes it can seem a little repetitive but when there’s so much choice it’s impossible to change it up too much Drinks- bottled cokes/beers etc in the restaurant and premium brands available Stunning views Cons: THE LIFTS!!! The lift saga became so annoying it almost became funny. Massive hotel that only had 3 lifts. One of which was out of action the whole time and on occasion another one was out of order. You could spend half your day waiting for a lift and then stopping at every floor to get back up to your bedroom (we were the 8th floor) Pool depth is 1.5m across the whole thing. The majority of people struggled to stand up in it. It’s also salt water which for me I didn’t like. Cocktails- the all inclusive ones were genuinely disgusting. Far too sweet Entertainment, we only did the evening entertainment. Some days better than others. Some days it was quite poor but not sure what you can expect from a hotel, it’s never going to be world class. On the most part the staff were fantastic, they work hard!!! Couple of grumpy ones but when you employ hundreds of people there’s always going to be a few who aren’t the friendliest. Bear in mind there’s nothing massively local to do nearby and you will need to have a good walk or grab a taxi to nearby places. Overall, there’s nothing that would make me rush to stay there again but also nothing much to complain about (bar the lifts). Lots of steps throughout communal areas so not advisable if you have mobility issues. Constructive feedback for the hotel: Have some water/soft drink stations dotted about so people in the day can grab a water or soft drink by the pool. Never enough bar staff on shift and queueing at times 10 minutes for some water is frustrating.

Overall very good- Reception staff polite and helpful- apart from one who let the team down not helpful or sympathetic. Cleaning very good overall Entertainment- daytime good and at night not so, acts need to be replaced to something more well entertaining, magic act brilliant, Whitney Houston act brilliant but some acts that say they are entertainment is abit to much. Good food overall, David on table service very polite and helpful. Overall a good holiday but some areas are above a 4 star and some areas aren't quite a 4 star. Many areas closed, disco and roof top Restaurant, but good overall all.
