So sadly we arent staying here but we took a chance to ask guest services to help me tightening the nuts on a scooter I got for my 3 year old grandson.. they called maintenance and he fixed it for us. If you treat non guest this well your guest must be spoilt. Amazing service very friendly id now contemplate staying at a h10. Wish id got the guest service lady name.

“Fabulous staff, great location”

We stayed as Privilege all inclusive. We had a very warm welcome at this hotel, unfortunately it was raining hard when we arrived and the hotel leaks so there were towels and mats everywhere causing a bit of a hazard. We stayed as Privilege all inclusive. We had a very warm welcome at this hotel, unfortunately it was raining hard when we arrived and the hotel leaks so there were towels and mats everywhere causing a bit of a hazard. There isn’t a canopy or umbrellas so we got soaked moving from the car to the reception. Our room was really clean with a great view and fabulous bathroom but the main room was lacking that something special to make it 5 stars. Great turn down service, lovely touch of chocolates each evening and free soft drinks mini bar and water every day. Spa was great and treatment by Lara was the best ever and we’ve been to so many. The buffet breakfast and lunch were great but we tried dinner once and it was a bit chaotic. The Brasserie is away from the main area and is hard to find in the rain and darkness but worth the trip, good hot wholesome food and great staff, The Italian was nice, good food but the decor lacked something special, it’s a little bland. We had breakfast and dinner a few times at the Gaudi which is fabulous, although set above the entertainment so the romantic atmosphere is lost when shows are on. Sakura is great and well worth an evening, great choices and lovely chefs. Only one lift was working and during a storm no lifts were working and we were On the 7th floor, so had to walk the stairs which were wet and slippery. The privilege lounge has no atmosphere but the privilege pool and lounge are perfect, well stocked and have nice snacks delivered to your sunbed throughout the day. My favourite bars were the piano bar and watching the sunset from the Horizon bar. I’d expect being on privilege would allow us to drink what we wanted but the cocktails are limited and when we asked to swap one sprit ingredient we were told no, even though they had done this the day before, so disappointing there but there is a good choice of beers, wines and spirits. Overall a nice stay but the hotel needs a little TLC.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team were warm and welcoming. We were offered a complimentary drink of our choice from the bar, which is a lovely, spacious area and a great start to the stay. The rooms are fantastic, with plenty of hanging and cupboard space. The bathroom facilities were excellent too, with consistently hot water. The food was good with plenty of variety, and the tablecloths and napkins added a sophisticated touch to each meal. There was entertainment every night, and the drinks were great value for money. Both heated pools had plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. The gym was well equipped, and the spa was wonderful — you can pay for daily access, which felt like a real treat. The location was perfect. The walk along the sea was incredible, and there are plenty of high‑end shops and supermarkets just a 10‑minute walk away. The taxi service was also excellent. I would happily return and would most definitely recommend this hotel. The only criticism which I shared with the manager is when paying for drinks, you don’t get a receipt and everything goes onto the room via the wrist fob. This needs to be changed to ensure you are paying for what you order.

Loved the hotel and most of the staff were excellent. Pool staff at the privilege pool could be officious - on one occasion our towels and belongings were removed from the loungers in front of our room because we went for breakfast. This seemed ridiculous because the pool wasn’t busy and there were lots of free beds. There are a great range of restaurants with varied menus and the buffet was excellent. We loved our room on 4th floor and enjoyed the use of the very well stocked privilege lounge. We loved the chocolates left every day but thought it very strange in a 5 star hotel that only two bottles of water were provided as complimentary for the entire week and thereafter if you take water from the mini bar you need to pay for it as we were half board and not all inclusive. We had access to water at the privilege lounge so used that but was unacceptable to have no daily water provided to the room complimentary. Minor annoyances which can be be easily resolved but annoying nevertheless. All in all a great stay in a gorgeous hotel.
