“Reps outstanding”
Gran Canaria Maspalomas amazing experience and the reps are out this world. Anyone wants to stay I would recommend and Raul, Sami, Filipino and Cintia they keep the entertainment so fun out going & they keep the guests happy and non stop talking interaction is incredible

The hotel is very dated and the rooms need a lot of updating and the ones in the brochure do not reflect the rooms we saw in the hotel. The first room we had was unclean, the wardrobes didnt open properly and the fridge fell forward whne you opened the door as it hadnt been fixed inside the cabine… more
