“Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Royal Level”

From the moment we arrived at the Royal Level reception at Barceló Playa Blanca and were greeted with a welcome drink, to the moment we sadly had to leave, we loved every minute of our stay. Our swim-up room was fantastic , spacious, comfortable and the perfect place to relax. The Royal Level food and drinks were excellent, and we were genuinely impressed by the quality throughout our stay. There was a great choice of food and the drinks were of a really good standard too. The location is perfect, particularly being so close to the marina. The hotel also offered plenty of activities if you wanted to take part, but at the same time the Royal Level provided a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful environment. It really gave us the best of both worlds. The staff were all an absolute credit to the hotel. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special mention to the lovely lady at the front of house for the breakfast service , unfortunately her name has escaped me, but she was absolutely amazing and always so lovely. Caesar, the pool barman, and his colleague also deserve a special mention. They were fantastic and always worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was looked after. There are just a couple of small areas where we feel things could be improved. At times there was only one barman working at the Royal Level bar, and when it was busy he was absolutely run off his feet. He was doing his very best, but understandably this could lead to some delays. On the days when there were two members of staff serving, the service was much quicker and smoother. We also felt the Royal Level bar could benefit from staying open later in the evening. There isn't really another nearby bar where you can simply sit and enjoy a drink before dinner. You can use the bar at the restaurant, but understandably this is focused on serving dinner guests. We did visit the bars in the main hotel on a couple of occasions, but they were extremely busy. Having the option to relax in the Royal Level bar later in the evening would be a fantastic addition. These are only small points, though, and they certainly didn't detract from what was a fantastic holiday. This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. A huge thank you to the whole Royal Level team for making our holiday so enjoyable, you should all be very proud of the experience you provide. 5 stars from us , we can't wait to come back! ❤️

“Excellent hotel”

I have stayed many times in Natura Palace which is presently closed being refurbished. I decided to book a week here with my daughter. As it's a huge hotel wasn't sure what you expect but WOW what a beautiful hotel. The adult only section isn't big, its quite compact. Everything was perfect, food, staff, warm infinity pool. So peaceful. Easy access to marina, beach and a small stroll to Playa Blanca Town. We loved it so much we are going to book again with the rest of our family, cant wait.

“Fabulous hotel”

The Royal Level is fabulous, the food is great, the pool was lovely but the main highlight was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, kind and friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Royal Level for a child-free and relaxing stay. Those staying at the Royal Level are treated to a buggy ride to their room, as it is a fair distance from reception. Our room was huge, with efficient air conditioning. We had a swim-up pool, which we enjoyed more than we had anticipated- a welcome opportunity to cool down after a day out and about. The Royal Level Restaurant- Magical Restaurant. Breakfast: Help yourself or made-to-order traditional and plentiful; be as healthy as you want with lots of fruits and freshly prepared treats and a variety of breads and gluten-free items. For lunch, there is something different every day but no buffet - something for everyone; however, we took three of our lunches in the Atlantic Restaurant as we wanted to ring the changes - sometimes you want to grab something quickly after a walk. The evening meals (a seven-day menu) were beautifully presented, with lots of choice, although some thought the portions were a bit small. Starters and desserts are from the buffet. Restaurant dress code: everyone made an effort to present themselves nicely- no sportswear or swimwear in the evening- which is reasonable - smart casual as you would for a nice meal in a local restaurant. Late flights? Those arriving late (once the restaurants have closed) are given a picnic meal - sandwiches, water and orange juice, a pastry and fruit. The 180-metre infinity pool was great for a swim- or to relax with a book, meet new friends and chat. With so many rooms there were a few hiccups that you might find in any hotel - but they dealt with immediately- always with a smile. It was a very chilled and relaxing week.
