We stayed for 1 week with my brothers family and my wife and daughter, we was quite unsure of what to expect due to negativity of previous reviews, which are all nonsense in my honest opinion. We stayed in 66A which is right above the bar but after 11pm it was nice and quiet, the food was of good quality with loads of fresh fruit and salad with a mixture of meats and vegetarian options too, we particularly liked the self serve drinks too, the Chinese and Mexican nights were very good too. Our room was cleaned 5 times but if you require towels etc just go on the app and they delivered them within the hour. What we liked which seems sad but we liked that there was good English tv channels to watch as we didn’t visit the entertainment. Superb beach with amazing snorkelling myself seen octopus sharks and stingrays and many colourful fish probably one of the best snorkelling experiences I’ve had warm and safe water for children also. The only negative I have is the sunbed situation which is very frustrating. We couldn’t get round the main pool for our daughter. Beds were being taken at 7 am and myself personally monitored that these beds was not being sat on till 2 o’clock in the afternoon. very frustrating as the management will just say they’ve passed on the comments. They are other pools which is fine but my daughter wanted to go in the foam party but we couldn’t something needs to be addressed as it’s probably the worst I’ve ever seen on a holiday. So to sum up, would we visit again definitely would if the sun beds were sorted but unfortunately that’s never going to happen it’s such a shame as we really loved the staff and venue and location, the TUI reps weee great as well.

We had a truly fantastic time at Tui blue flamingo beach hotel location was fantastic,lovely safe beach for everyone..hotel,apartments were perfect for us very spacious,all you could need,all staff very friendly and happy to help in anyway,We stayed near the spa which was fairly close to main bar,but was lovely and quiet,no noise after 11pm..Food was lovely even for me as I’m quite a picky eater..but always found something to eat,snack bar great too,no one would go hungry that’s for sure.Great walks on the promenade either towards marina which is a 40 min walk or so lots shops bars restaurants that way,opposite direction is also a lovely walk,although take water as no shops that close good half hour walk..Only a very minor negative for me was that the entertainment wasn’t so great for me,only geared up for the kids and family’s..but we knew it was a family hotel so no biggy.Would we go back again,yes definitely.O and on a final note,bar staff in the taverna,and green grill deserve a mention too,very friendly and always happy to help,thank you all for making our holiday special.

Stayed for five nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was comfortable, clean and offered good value for money. Some areas of the property are starting to show their age, but everything was functional and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and enough options to start the day well. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. One of the things I liked most was the location. Playa Flamingo is a quieter area than the centre of Playa Blanca, which suited me perfectly. There are supermarkets, restaurants and the beach within walking distance, and although the hotel does not have its own parking, I was always able to find a space nearby without much difficulty. I experienced a couple of minor issues with water pressure during the last days of my stay, but nothing that significantly affected the holiday. Overall, a relaxing stay in a pleasant location. I would happily consider staying here again on a future visit to Lanzarote.

We had a wonderful stay at the TUI Blue Flamingo Beach and can't wait to make a return visit. When we arrived there was an issue with water which did effect us for the first 4 days but this was not under the control of the hotel as it was a broken pipe outside of the facility which had to be repaired, but we managed and the reception and TUI reps were fantastic keeping us updated as best the could and this did not spoil the holiday at all. The apartment was spotless and spacious and the bed was comfortable, the cleaning staff really worked to keep it clean and were very helpful. The food was so good the meat was so well cooked it melted in your mouth. they served English sausages at breakfast and they were so yummy along with a omelette .station where the chef cooked to your requirement. Overall there was enough choices all through the day, they also had seafood and Spanish nights that were so good and this was the best food of any holiday. The facilities and entertainment really meet the needs of families with children although it was me and my sister who are both grandparents we love to watch the children have fun and plan to take our grandchildren to these apartments as there is a lot for children to do. I could go on writing as there was so much more a beautiful beach five minute walk a pool bar and just the beauty of the place was breath taking. Local transport was so easy to use and the bus drivers were very helpful. I would like the thank all the staff at reception, facilities, restaurants, TUI reps and the cleaners who all do a wonderful job to make your holiday experience memorable.
