“Allover Excellent”

We really enjoyed our stay on our arrival we were disappointed with our room it was at the back of hotel and quite dark we contacted reception and they moved us straight away . Very nice staff and accommodating

“A GENUINE FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE”

Another first class stay at this wonderful Hotel. Everything about The Princess Yaiza is 'top drawer'.....from the rooms, food quality, all staff, swimming facilities, hotel location, cleanliness etc. etc. We could not fault a single thing!!

“Wonderful Family Holiday”

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday and can honestly say this is one of the best family-friendly hotels we have stayed in. Our boys, aged 3 and 6, absolutely loved the range of activities available. Each morning we could enjoy the fantastic breakfast while the children played in the indoor play centre. Our eldest then attended the soccer camp, run by two professional footballers, and it was without doubt the highlight of his holiday. Captain’s Park, the kids’ club beside the hotel, is exceptional. The staff were professional, friendly, energetic and genuinely caring. Children are grouped by age, each with their own little house (or “school”, as our 3-year-old called it!) and safe, age-appropriate splash pools. There is also a larger pool with a pool bar that families can enjoy together. It was perfect for younger children, allowing them to build confidence in the water while still being able to stand comfortably. The location is fantastic, just steps from a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water, a lovely beach restaurant and café, and plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel pools were outstanding, and our children spent hours enjoying them. We stayed in the D Block two-bedroom family accommodation. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the linens was excellent. While it suited us very well, next time we may choose a duplex or one-bedroom apartment in the main hotel simply because our children are still quite young and found ourselves walking the 5-10 mins from the main pool or beach frequently. We dined in the Japanese restaurant. The food was very good, although our experience was not quite as engaging as some of the neighbouring tables. The staff throughout the hotel deserve special recognition. They were consistently professional, warm and attentive, always happy to help without ever being intrusive. The service felt refined, genuine and welcoming, which made a real difference to our stay. One small suggestion would be to introduce a recycling or sharing station for inflatables, buckets, spades and beach toys. We look forward to returning next year.

“Excellent rooms, ambience and staff”

Great for families as plenty of entertainment for children although we were without children we found everything to be exceptional from staff, food and quality of the rooms. Couldn’t fault anything especially the huge gin and tonics!
