Spent a week in these villas, 2 60+ lady's, stayed in 223 just a few metres away from reception where we were dropped off. 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and en-suite with bath and shower, one with twin beds and en-suite with bath and shower. Loads of wardrobe space and beds really comfy. No air con but ceiling fans which were more than adequate. Safe in bedroom free of charge to use, key on set of house keys. Good size pool not too deep and comfy sunbeds plus table and chairs and bbq if you feel like cooking. Arrived late at night and no shops open but was surprised to see we had a welcome pack with tea, coffee,milk , water, biscuits and fruit juice. Only down side is having to be out of the villa for 10am. We had late flights out but there's a courtesy room with luggage store just ask at reception who are lovely and very accommodating. No cleaner or clean towels as we only stayed a week but pool towels supplied. Fantastic villas and have already booked for next year. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants around the marina and a nice stroll down to main shops and restaurants in playa blanca, highly recommend you try these villas, really well equipped. building work nearby but hardly any noise and we were quite close.

“Brilliant week”

Thank you so much for a wonderful week. Villa was amazing again as always. We had a lovely relaxing week back again in October can't wait.

On arrival the office was closed so we had to call a number on the door. We were told which villa we were in but didn’t have the key code. On arrival the office was closed so we had to call a number on the door. We were told which villa we were in but didn’t have the key code. We were told then to wait for someone to meet us. 2 cleaners came to pick us up and we sat with all their cleaning equipment and bags of rubbish. Once inside the villa our first impression wasn’t good. It did not reflect the pictures we had seen. It was worn and tired and lacked the wow factor. But…… we were welcomed with tea, coffee, water, juice and biscuits a nice touch. The villa was clean and the amenities were good. No air conditioning but there were ceiling fans which worked well. It was in a good location right next to the harbour but there is building site across the road but to be fair it wasn’t that noisy.

Had a lovely week in the villas however I wouldn't return. The villas are dated and need renovating badly especially the bathrooms, was not 4 star as described. The no air conditioning was a major problem it was unbearable at nights. The positives are the pool was well maintained and cleaned and was lovely having the privacy, the location was so handy to everything with the marina being a 5 minute walk. Few problems and with one phonecall the staff were on the ball and ensured it got fixed! Just a pity about the inside of the villas.
