Good location, plenty of shops around and not far from the beach. Nice chilled atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and hard working. The food was better than we expected, being a buffet style. Room was very clean with plenty of space. Wish we could have stayed longer

14 night AI at the hotel,third visit.We booked a master suite 12 months earlier,as a retirement trip.Firstly the pro’s… and they far outnumber the con’s.Food very good as always,we didn’t bother with breakfast(we ate fruit that we picked up the day before).Never a mealtime when you can’t get good fresh food.Chicken,Steak,seafood,salads etc etc you can’t go wrong.Themed nights always good choices(we particularly enjoyed the music accompanying the Canarian night).Rooftop bar and naturist jacuzzi areas were our favourite.There are so many repeat travellers here(we saw approximately 10 couples from previous visits).On our last visit I mentioned in my review that service was incredibly slow at the rooftop bar at night(no fault of the incredibly hard working staff) just not enough of them(this was rectified this year) a very full rooftop area was kept suitably refreshed by the most hard working and incredibly friendly staff.The MasterSuite was fabulous,sea view virtually floor to ceiling across the whole apartment,large balcony with table/chairs and sun loungers,the hot tub was an interesting one,you had to sit in a very specific place so that you were activating a sensor for the thing to work,also the hot tub pump was air locked on arrival,but can’t knock the service by the maintenance team to get it working,then explaining the sensor situation.All areas of the hotel kept very clean at all times.Sleep quality good with good AC.One negative and it’s trivial really,but I’ve got lots of use out of the running machine in the gym on previous visits(it was out of order all holiday) I asked at reception about this and I wasn’t given a clear answer as to when it would be working again.Smokers were a bit of an issue,both outside dinning area(which there is a designated area) and the rooftop bar,we moved countless times to get away from smokers(Surely a designated smoking part of the bar would be fairer to the majority none smokers).With the World Cup being on there was a good atmosphere on the rooftop,with various countries holiday makers supporting their teams.One other negative-more branded drinks for all inclusive surely.
