This was the second time we have visited the playa bonita and we cannot fault this hotel one bit. Rooms are clean and the cleaners do a great job with the room cleaning. The food and drink at all inclusive is much better than other places we have been too, there’s always an option for us even though we are quite boring fussy eaters. Visited last year in July and this year in June, did not have any issues getting sun beds like in other hotels. And finally I’d like to praise the Animation team, they do a great job throughout the day with activities to keep everyone entertained from all ages, special mention to Celina who was great fun at the activities and was great cheerful face around the pool. Would this hotel recommend to anyone.

A Fantastic Second Stay at Servatur La Bonita ​I’m generally the type of traveler who prefers exploring new places rather than returning to a hotel I’ve already visited. However, my first experience at the Servatur La Bonita was so impressive that I decided to make an exception—and I’m very glad I did. ​There is always that nagging worry that a second visit won’t live up to the first, but I’m happy to report that this trip was just as good. For the price, this place is hard to beat, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, safe, and enjoyable getaway in Gran Canaria. ​The Experience ​We opted for the all-inclusive package, and while the buffet doesn't offer a massive, overwhelming selection, there is plenty of variety to choose from, and the quality is consistently good. ​A special mention must go to the staff, specifically Alessandro. He was a standout member of the team, always greeting us with a genuine smile and consistently going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. It’s that kind of service that really elevates a holiday. ​Comfort and Location ​The rooms are lovely—spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the biggest pluses for us was how peaceful it is; we experienced no noticeable noise from the outside, ensuring a restful environment. ​Regarding the location, the main beach is about a 20-minute walk away. It’s worth noting that there are stairs to negotiate to get down to the beach level, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. ​Final Thoughts ​If you are looking for a decent, safe, and welcoming place to stay in Gran Canaria, this is the one. I’m already glad I broke my "no returning" rule for this gem!

Great stay with a generous all inclusive option. Really good range of food and quality was also excellent most of the time. Love the self serve drinks! Rooms are a really good size, with great amenities but balconies are a little small. Very well kept pool area/grounds and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Good location for a chilled week, a few shops and bars near by and close to the promenade along the sea front but maybe a little out the way if you want to be out and about in playa del ingles a lot.

Totally honest review no BS! Stayed here for a week in block 2. 3 adults plus late teen. I've read the reviews on here upto around 10 pages before booking this hotel, let's straighten up the stars, its not a 4star imho Its a 3star. Checking in all fine, had to wait until 3pm for room one & then another 45 mins for second room, which was fine, reception advised us to go & have some food whilst we were waiting. So no problem. Great size rooms if a little dated & needs some TLC. Bathrooms are little bit of a nightmare small window & shower seems to push water over floor ( bigger towels used to prevent it getting in hallway). Clearly a problem throughout i would assume, water pressure inconsistent hot cold hot cold although someone was messing with pipes all week (maintaining it) not really a issue, maybe for some. Food, its ok. Really hard to be consistent feeding so many, its hit & miss, some food seasoned other foods not, pending on chef, had one bad night where everything was over salted & again other nights bland, all chefs should be singing from same page but im aware its hard to do so many guests. No problems with food being cold. All good, most foods replenished quickly so again no problems, plenty to choose from including deserts you won't go hungry, pretty much standard AL. Gluten free options are limited but they do mark up the foods so this isn't to much of a issue, my daughter didn't starve. They did do her some pasta spaghetti with sauce etc etc but sadly it was so bland she didnt request any further meals. ( she just used marked up foods & didnt get ill) so thumbs up. Staff again hit & miss some smiled some didnt that's people for you, the main older guy im guessing (manager) was good always on point very polite even when busy. Bar staff ok some better than others none of which stood out. Drinks on AL pretty much disappointing i tried various cocktails all of which were pretty damn poor & lacking any alcohol, fizzy & beer fine as you really cant mess that up, cocktails incorrect mix, too much ice not enough liquids. Hotel is clean overall & cleaners do a good job, pool clean, plus surrounding areas, didnt see a fight over sunbeds there were enough didnt see many racing to pop a beach towel down at 7am, so all good there. Entertainment not great. Not alot to do at this hotel your going to struggle, outside seating for bars, nothing indoors, didnt find the gym, no tennis, football,ping pong mini golf or somewhere to do any of the above. They did have some pool stuff & darts going on although we never got invited, but to be fair they did announce it so could of joined it. I think older kids may struggle here for lack of stuff to do. Good location though if a little run down. Couldn't park the hire car here it was to busy, hotel also charge €6 euros a day for parking. Overall is was ok. Im on the fence about returning here.
