Fabulous hotel. 2nd visit this time solob and had a fabulous relaxing holiday . Food. Staff, cleanliness and organisation of hotel was faultless Pros Towels that actually fit and cover whole sunbed Loads of different areas and pools to choose from Large walk in wardrobe in room Huge patio with table, chairs and sunbed Cons Chairs on patio could be more comfortable - chairs on outside balcony on reception floor excellent example Beer in fridge - don't like beer could offer another alternative Already booked to return with family in October this year and cannot wait, already counting the days Staff are a credit to this hotel and make it so special

“Excellent Hotel”

Having been many times before, once again it didn't disappoint. good food, excellent staff. Any problems soon sorted. Can't really fault.

We enjoyed the hotel. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and we had an excellent room which was very spacious with a nice view from our balcony. The hotel staff are excellent and couldn’t do enough for the guests. We were always acknowledged by every staff member we saw. We went all inclusive and although there was a good range of drinks on offer Canadian Club whisky, which I particularly liked, was outside of the all-inclusive deal although it is not that much more expensive than ordinary whisky. I should point out that you could have drinks not in the ‘all inclusive’ bar menu at a 40% discount but we declined this as we are not great drinkers and resented being charged for something we felt should have been included. As we were all inclusive we were able, for the most part, to dine without extra charge à la carte in the two restaurants offering table service and the food was good but the choice very limited. We found lunch and the buffet disappointing although the breakfast was good and in particular the excellent omelettes cooked to order by careful chefs. Other than these points which were important to us we had a very pleasant stay. I should add in defence of the hotel that we are very fussy and are used to good food.

Firstly we should have been going to the Maldives but was cancelled due to the war in Iran. We were obviously disappointed and decided to go Tenerife instead but at very short notice was not a lot of choice left. We chose this one having previously been to Jardin de Nirvaria part of same group and we had a great time there so thought this would be on a par..it's not. It's bigger and more family orientated. Pros : hotel spotless rooms on upper floor nice and really great cleaners. 2 pools 1 heated and 1 freezing. Always beds available at the cold pool. Nice quiet area. Buffet very varied. Cons : Al linclusive buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. There was lots of choice but I'm not a fan as the food is always warm rather than hot. They also have 2 restaurants but only 1 was available to book for the whole week. We did complain but was told basically hard luck. There was a bar down at the cold pool but doesn't open till noon. There was a waitress who constantly walked round with an empty tray. I managed to stop her once but only got as far as excuse me she replied 5 minutes then disappeared again. They have balinese beds with private loungers to hire dotted around but starting at 68 euros per day we didn't bother as said previously plenty of loungers all with parasols. People ignored the fact you were supposed to book and pay for them and were only challenged once at 4pm 1 day..they'd been there all day no one had obviously paid for them so seemed a bit silly to turf them off then. Overall was a decent hotel more family inclined and all the kids we saw seemed to enjoy it. We wouldn't go back but I did appreciate a bottle of bubbly they left in our fridge the day after my birthday guessing the cleaner must have mentioned it seeing my birthday cards.
