Large resort hotel, excellent location near beaches and parks, about a 15 minute walk to the city center. Our large third floor room had a lovely ocean view. Room well equipped though no English language TV channels. The included breakfast was a massive buffet, with pastries, cereal, a salad bar, variety of fresh bread, cold cuts and cheese, eggs, pancakes, juices, yogurt, fruit, coffee, bacon, sausage, and several vegetable dishes including mushrooms, cauliflower, beans, potatoes, and tomatoes. Quality of the food ranged from mediocre to good. Notably missing granola, Serrano ham, smoked fish, avocado. I suspect that the experience varies depending how crowded it is. We were there at a quieter time of year, early May. If you have a car you can pay for parking, it's cheaper by the week, or you can struggle to find free spots. We opted to use the free paved municipal lot on the hill above the complex. Convenient except for the 900 meter uphill walk along a beautiful path with stunning views. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient.

I booked here as I’d stayed in the Atlantico golf resort in December 2025. I shouldn’t compare the two, but food was definitely better here, (Alua Tenerife) better tasting, and more choice at all meals/courses. The restaurant felt less like a canteen and there was less noise of table/chair legs scraping across the floor. The hotel looks far better from the inside (pretty grim from the outside) Rooms are large and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. the bathrooms are large, with good shower, and a hairdryer I found 3 days in. The grouting on the shower area tiles needs a good clean/scour - as does the grouting in the public toilets - particularly at floor level. All reception/cleaning/waiting staff are very pleasant. It’s a pity this doesn’t filter through to the bar staff - Francisco, Carlos, Yerat were decent enough, but Jose - who I think could be the team leader, and Aday had severe attitude problems towards English speaking people. Asking Aday for a refill, whilst sitting indoors, he just pointed to the bar - “get it your self”. I got abuse from Jose on the 2nd day - I’d had a coke outside by the pool - came in for a refill and he got very angry that I had a proper glass outside - I had told the female bar person that I was going outside and she said it it was ok. Numerous times during the evenings I saw foreigners with proper glasses outside. They need to get this sorted. Perhaps they should adopt a token system like club Atlantico which means they don’t have to collect glasses. The pool was being repaired when I arrived on the Monday, and wasn’t filled till the Thursday - no notification from the hotel or Jet2. The gents toilets in the main bar area consisted of 2 cubicles, which the doors looked like they’d been kicked in, and NO urinals - very strange given the size of place. The entertainment was worth I think a minus 2 - traditional Spanish couples dancing one night, quite interesting, and a female vocalist another, and the rest was a DJ, who had no interaction with the audience - my 2 granddaughters of 7 & 8 could have done far better. The DJ was outside on the terrace Friday and Saturday. Not enough tables, I left my drink on a table to go to the very basic toilet, came back and my seat was gone. The foreigners here obviously have no control of their children, with them careering through the tables at 11.00 at night. The foreigners again have no inclination what a queuing system at the bar is. They just push in and if you’re English spoken you haven’t got a chance. There’s a portable barrier between the hot food section and omelette section in the restaurant - this should be used so they can form an orderly queue. Having said that the bar staff should look to club Atlantico to see how bar service should be done. Half the time they’re behind the scenes in their wee stockroom - lazy!!! There were always plenty of sunbeds, but I would hate to see it in high season - as they were they were touching edge to edge. Couldn’t put your drinks down at the side, and high season you’d probably fall over Marcel or Fraulien getting into one. Would I stay again - yes for the area, lovely shore line walks, and ten minutes walk from bus station, but they would have to improve the entertainment and the attitude of the bar tenders before I did

“Hotel ok if mobility ok”

Booked this holiday through Jet2. I booked a suite for solo use. On arrival I was allocated a two storey suite. Booked this holiday through Jet2. I booked a suite for solo use. On arrival I was allocated a two storey suite. Unfortunately, due to mobility issues I was unable to use the room as it was two flights of marble stairs up to the bedroom from the living area and bathroom. Reception were understanding and offered me a suite on one level. They showed me on a map that it wasn’t part of the main building and a walk across the complex. I asked if I would be able to get to it easily with my mobility issues. They said I would. I set off and soon found that to access the separate part of the hotel you had to walk up a steep incline - I don’t know how I managed it, but I did. Once in the room I felt very concerned about walking up and down the slope multiple times a day to get breakfast or even use the pool. The room itself was ok on first sight, but on closer looking it had quite a lot of things that just needed a refurb - it was a ‘tired’ room (see pics). The balcony was huge with two sun loungers and a table with two chairs. Sadly, there was zero privacy as just low walls separating you from the neighbours. One other thing I was worried about was being a solo female traveller and being so far away from the main hotel and having to get there in the dark etc. So off I went again down to reception to explain the room wasn’t suitable. They said all they could do was put me in a standard double room. I had a look at it and decided it was the best option. The room was clean/tidy, with a fridge, kettle, tv (6 English channels) and easy access around the hotel. Pool view is noisy during the day with loud music but quiet from around 6pm until 9.30am. I imagine sea view has some traffic noise due to the road outside the hotel. This is not a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The hotel is well placed for playa jardin and a short walk to the square. There is also a free regular shuttle bus (Mon-Sat) that takes you across town to the Martinez shopping centre. A taxi to the same place costs an around €5. A very eggy smell throughout the day from the balcony, unsure if it’s the drains or something else, but not pleasant. I think the hotel would suit some people down to the ground, but it just didn’t work for me. The accessibility issues are a problem and this is something I will be taking up with Jet2 as they don’t put anything on their system about the location of the suites or steps/hills to access etc. The hotel did their best to accommodate me and were friendly and understanding.
