This was my 3rd trip to Tenerife, this resort did not disappoint. Located 10km distance from the airport, the hotel was beautifully located next to the golf courses and a small marina. Good selection of bars, restaurants and tourist ticket office all within walking distance. The hotel itself had a large reception area with really welcoming staff. On arrival we were advised to go straight to get an evening meal before the restaurant closed. Upon check-in we were allocated a room on the 5th floor, given bar tokens and towel tokens (10 euros) returnable deposit. Our room was bright and very spacious, overlooking the main pool and marina, with a sea view. Our balcony was a great size, the bathroom had a large walk-in shower and scales. We received a bottle of fizz in the room, a platter of fruit, tea, coffee, bath robes, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, telephone, kettle, coffee machine, safe, air conditioning, mini bar and slippers. We also had access to the My Favourite club lounge/benefits. A spacious TV area where we could go and chill away from the main bar/entertainment areas, serving Tea, Coffee, pastries, rolls, sweet treats Ocean Buffet available for breakfast and lunch, Terra Main buffet open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chido/Tex-Mex (bookable during your stay Mon/Tues) Enyesque/Tapas (bookable Weds to Sunday), Fresco Pool bar 10.30-18.00h, Areca pool bar 10.30-18.00hr with snacks 1-3pm. La Luna bar is open from 6.30-11.30pm daily. The Agua Lobby bar housed the evening entertainment 5.00-23.00hr, tour reps desks, the hotel photographers and some pool tables/machines for the kiddies to play. The resort has 5 pools (including one indoor). Lifeguards are on duty daily. Other amenities include Fitness centre, wellness area, aerobics, kids club and wifi throughout. We also samples Sangria and Paella tasting, had local traders selling fashions for the ladies. A taxi rank is located out the front of the hotel. Overall the hotel and staff were amazing, we cannot complain at all. They even brought us a bottle opener for the minibar.

“Nice large hotel, very clean.”

very clean, nice rooms, good food in main buffet, basic alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive package, nice roof top bar but often very quiet

Would not say it was worth the money paid. We paid for half board the breakfast was lovely but the dinner on the other hand was not. As we paid half board drinks were not included so we bought are own drinks which we were told we were not allowed and had to drink water the staff were rude and did n… more

Would not say it was worth the money paid. We paid for half board the breakfast was lovely but the dinner on the other hand was not. As we paid half board drinks were not included so we bought are own drinks which we were told we were not allowed and had to drink water the staff were rude and did not know any English so we’re trying to tell us we couldn’t in Spanish we did not understand.
