“The staff are the difference 👍🏻”
My first experience of all inclusive, 4 of us went as friends. Rooms - a bit tatty with the floors etc but they were functional, air con was great, cleaned daily with fresh towels. “Lifts”
We have a wheelchair user and he can’t walk only on lift works out of 3 have to use service lift and yesterday the one lift to the restaurant broke was stuck for about 45 minutes till he was taken to the kitchen .can’t play pool because no ramp so all in hall don’t book if you are a wheelchair … more
