Staying at BLUESEA Interpalace was quite an experience... The room was clean and had the necessary facilities, but some parts of the furniture seemed a little old. Wi-Fi worked most of the time, but sometimes the connection was slow. The swimming pool and general facilities were good, but during rush hours the place became a bit crowded... Although there are enough options in the buffet food, after a few days the menu seemed a bit boring. The staff were polite, but the quality of service was not always the same. Not a bad experience, but as a four-star hotel, I expected a little more.

“Lovely service, but severe noise issues in certain rooms”

I want to start by praising the staff—they were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, our overall experience was heavily impacted by the noise from the rooftop bar directly above us. It is advertised as a chill-out bar, but in the evening it functions much more like a nightclub. The bass was so strong that the bottles on our table were shaking, which made sleeping impossible. If you are someone who stays out late, this room might work for you, but it wasn't ideal for us. We requested a room change and the staff graciously moved us the next morning, which we really appreciated. I only wish I had researched the room locations and requested a switch earlier.

When we first checked in was okay staff friendly but wasn’t given much info, not much to fault about the room, was very clean and nice view from balcony. The tv barely worked in room, noisy drunk people in corridors at night. Not good if you want a peaceful stay. Booked a double room but there is no double beds just 2 singles which kept coming apart was slightly irritating for me and my partner. Food not great at all, could do with better options some was ok we had a burger that looked raw inside and nothing labeled properly at all for anyone who has allergies. One lady in the restaurant Tamara was extremely rude never looks happy literally looked like she didn’t wanna be there, should not be working in hospitality has no idea what customer service is came over to me and my partner shouting cause he didn’t like the food so left his plate, then every time we went in made us uncomfortable giving us evil looks even pointing at us ALL other staff in restaurants was very friendly except her it was unprofessional and out of order. Even a couple other guests noticed it too and was even doing it to them. We payed for all inclusive not much drink options at all 1 choice cocktail a day then in between food times there is an outdoor sandwich area next to bar absolutely awful! no butter no mayo just a dry bread sandwich they have butter in restaurant so why can’t they give it doesn’t make sense . Pool table kept swallowing everyone’s coins looked sooo old needs replacing Entertainment not great Disappointment as came for my partners birthday and do not like complaining but I work in a 4 star hotel and this is more like a 2! Not good if you want a relaxing time away

Currently here now and we have another 6 nights to go… i cannot wait for it to be over. Where do i start?! We arrived late afternoon and were given a room. We were allocated a ground floor room, which the sliding doors opened onto a terrace facing a solid wall with a wire fence poking over the top. The TV did not work, nor did the air con. We told reception and she said the air con would only work if the doors were closed…we have air con at home, i knew this was not working! I asked if we could be moved from the bottom floor, as it was my first time abroad and i had read online after booking here, about rooms being broken into on the lower floors. We were told to go for tea and they would send a technician, but we could only be moved to a sea view if we paid an extra 10 euros a day( i couldn’t get back to my booking page where it said @ seaview, that it had shown on the code reader check in on arrival) We went for food in the restaurant, which i will talk about later. After returning to our room, we saw thar we had been provided with a mobile air con machine with it’s inlet/outlet pipe pushed against the closed sliding door, pumping hot air back into the room . Again i went and told reception and there was a different lady there. She immediately gave me another room on the first floor WITH a sea view at no extra charge! The air con in this room is barely a soft draught, absolutely ridiculous, we are having to sleep with the door opened onto the balcony. When we leave the room, we wedge something in the single flimsy floor bolt lock, to prevent the door being opened from outside. The listing says the room has “ satellite TV” we have 3 news channels in English and there is no option to stream your own Netflix etc, or the option for English subtitles. Our shower is scalding one second and freezing the next, its not pleasant to say the least The food is repetitive for guests staying all inclusive…like us unfortunately. Every day its chips, burgers, hot dog sausages, pasta and tomato sauce. The food is cold. Today i held my hand under the food lamps and they weren’t even keeping the food hot. My partner uses the microwave in the restaurant to heat his meals up! A few days ago we got talking to a woman from Manchester, who was waiting for her transfer to take her to the airport. She said she had done two weeks here and has similar issues to us. I mentioned my partner was vomiting a few days before and she said she was too. The weird thing was she mentioned black vomit…exactly the same as my partner, yet we didn’t disclose that information to her. Once you are here, theres no guidance, information of locations of restaurants, bars etc. We were given a card to scan that wouldn’t work! We came Tuesday and only found the ground floor bar last night! Yet reception told me there wasn’t another bar apart from the one on the top floor. Be warned though, this bar is not run by the hotel, so not part of your inclusive holiday. Positives are the maids are very efficient in keeping this hotel clean. It’s a very noisy hotel, so bring earplugs, that’s if you can manage to sleep on the un comfiest bed i have ever laid on. Never again will i stay here. I will mention that one of the restaurant staff , Andreas, is a credit to the place, so friendly. My partner has travelled alot and said there is no way this hotel is a 4 star…it’s pushing it at 3
