Location: Located in the quiet town of La Paz in Puerto de la Cruz, the hotel is 1 km from the saltwater pools of Lake Martianez. Spent 8 nights at puerto resort, would like to say that the room was comfortable. The bed was comfy, They clean your room every day, The food was good and plenty variety, And the staff are very pleasant, overall very good value for what you pay, Thank you for my stay,

“Great staff”
Wow what a great experience, I had so much fun with my friends at this hotel. Great service and great entertainment. “Good stay”
We had a good stay, rooms were very dated and in need of an upgrade, however they were incredibly clean, and the beds were comfy so for the price we payed you really can’t fault the place. Staff all seem nice and polite, so overall I’d reccomend this place for a budget friendly holiday

It was a quick throughput of people mainly tours. I did not like the Canteen diening room with plastic chairs and lots of people . I also did not like my room. Minimalistic white wood furnishing.
