Basically got what we paid , 3 Star hotel , rooms ok , bathroom ok but could do with a make over , both very tired Towels in bathroom not great and although maids come everyday , bed sheets only changed twice in 7 days Breakfast ok , but reheating food from last nights dinner, wrong Staff great All helpful Convenient for couple of bars and very good Italian restaurant

“There will be better for the price”

Breakfast was so bad, everything is artificial, there’s no fresh fruit, you only have uncut fruit, pears banana and apples. Breakfast was so bad, everything is artificial, there’s no fresh fruit, you only have uncut fruit, pears banana and apples. And you cut ir yourself which is okay but there’s nothing more than that, overall very plastic food. The apartment was ok but old furniture and the bathroom specially the shower really needs an upgrade. When we got there, there was a black hair on the toilet seat lol.

Pros: - Nice garden and pool - Old hotel with style in the entry and lobby Cons: -We booked a family room for four people and only found a double bed. We asked at the reception and were told that we had to make our second double bed ourselves. It was a simple couch bed. - The furniture was very old and not up to date ; the lights in the room were very dim , and the beds were very old and uncomfortable. -The breakfast was very basic and sadly mainly consisted of processed food (no fresh juices, just concentrate ; instant coffee ; canned fruits, although being on an island full of fresh fruits ; and instant scrambled eggs) but included in the price.

Masaru hotel was average, rooms sleepable and food eatable ,although in the room as soon as we walked in there was a horrid smell like sewage we investigated first and found out it was the sink there was a shop about 50 metres down the road we bought bleach and candles and we no longer had a problem(with smell). The day before we went on holidays we saw that the pool wasn’t open(part of the reason we wanted a holiday) we called Tui(who we booked with) and they said the pool was fully open, fast forward to when we arrived my father signed in and me and my mother and siblings explored we went out to the pool and saw it was closed(half) we told my father and we complained to Tui as the hotel has informed Tui this for over a year but they haven’t added it to their website.On our last day we were sat by the pool and then we hear diggers and look over and there are three mini diggers on the other side of the pool and they got louder every hour. We got a £200 pound discount on our holiday bringing it to £500 total but it was very hard and took our entire holiday. On our holiday we hired a car in the euro car not faraway and took it to Costa Adeje to the beach and went to other beaches all across the island, also when going there in may puerto de la cruise is very cold and overcast but you burn very easily, when we went we went to this mega waterpark in the town it was massive but to conclude I would go back for the right price.
