We have just got back from here, and it was our first visit to Aqua Suites, but definitely not our last! (Booked after reading all of these amazing reviews!) We cannot fault anything here at all. Amazing friendly staff, who all work so hard to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Spotlessly clean, every time you looked around there would be someone mopping or sweeping up. No fight for sun loungers, plenty for everyone. One large pool, one small pool, and an adults only jacuzzi. We only had breakfast there, but what an amazing spread it was. Continental, "full English", cereals, pastries, fruits, yogurts, toast with jams, marmalades and honey. All washed done with coffee, tea, or a number of fruit juices. The bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel bar, and was never too busy. We had the lower ground floor junior Suite which was lovely. The only thing as mentioned on here, is that there is more privacy on the upper floors as you do have people walking past you during the day. (If you do decide to stay here and go on the upper floor, there are a number of steps for you to take so if you have mobility issues please be aware.) The room itself has a small fridge with ice compartment, a kettle and coffee machine, (or instant coffee sachets if you prefer), and there is a welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge when you arrive. They give you a large bottle of water a day when the cleaner comes round. Lovely sized bathroom with a vey good sized shower, and the air-conditioning was a very welcome relief in the afternoon and night time. We were really sorry to leave here at the end of our 10 night stay. The hotel is at the top of steep slope, and if you do wander down to the main strip at night to the plentiful bars and restaurants down there, I'd suggest a taxi ride back, it typically cost us 4 or 5 euros to get back. And for anyone not wanting to jump on the holiday company bus to transfer when you land, it will cost you about 20 euros, (with a tip) to get here, it's about 10 minutes from the airport.

The location is superb in a nice quiet area but only 800 metres from the Esplanade. The hotel has a really good atmosphere with fantastic staff willing to help regardless of their role. The staff at breakfast were really good smiling all the time and helping everyone. The staff at the restaurant at night were equally as good. Stopping to chat and not once were we rushed. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. It was so lovely to have a glass of sparkly on arrival. The rooms were fabulous so huge and filled with a number of facilities- a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, tea and coffee which were refilled daily plus a big bottle of water. The rooms were cleaned daily and the 8 nights we were there the bedding was changed 3 times. The whole place was immaculate. It was 800 metres from the promenade in a very quiet area. We loved it so much we are going back again in September. Other clients we talked to said they had been numerous times and no wonder it’s a little gem and l would not hesitate to recommend Aqua Suites.

This is such a lovely boutique hotel! We had a wonderful three-day stay. The staff were all fantastic, especially Sebastian and Celia at reception. The rooms were stunning and immaculate, and we received a bottle of wine upon arrival and a large bottle of water each day. Breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious. There is a happy hour from 5 to 6 for cocktails, and you can enjoy food outside. The grounds were always well-maintained. There is nothing to complain about, and I will definitely return.

This is a really beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff are fantastic - particularly the reception staff - Sebastian was very helpful as well as being welcoming and professional. The food was excellent- we ate in every night and not only e joyed the varied menu but also had fun with the staff. Matias, Virginia, Steffy, Chelsea and Christina made our dining experience so much mote enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.
