“Lovely timing in Puerto del carmen... Good job to Raul and the stuff”
It's been a nice weekend on this lovely island...travel with friends so we decided tonstay in Porto del Carmen...big shout for Raul and entertainment team for having us singing nights of the karaoke (our fave activity) and the pool evening games. “Lovely stay”
Spent 6 nights here, Perfect location for us, everything in old town was within a 5 minute walk, new town was 15 min walk. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Have booked to go back again. Food was good typical all inclusive food pool was good a little deep for me but plenty of loungers for sunbath… more

“Hotel was ok”
Room was clean. Swimming pool got a missing tiles, bur was clean, just a water a bit too cold. Staff very friendly, and happy to help. Just food wasn't really good
