Me and my partner just spent 10 nights here all inclusive which I will now give an honest review about. We read so many bad reviews about this hotel to the point we was going to cancel and change hotels but we are so glad we didn’t. I actually emailed the hotel before arriving and asked for a room close to ground and with not too many steps as my partner had knee nerve damage and the hotel managed to do. We had a one up apartment with a balcony which I’m glad we had as it had a lovely view of the sea. We arrived at the hotel by taxi and got dropped off at the side of the hotel instead of at the car park bit so we struggled to find reception (it’s beside the pool) incase anyone else does that. We managed to check in easy and quickly. The room was clean and a good size. The beds were 2 singles moved together and are comfortable to sleep on. There was a sofa in the living room which was also comfortable. The rooms were not bad decor. Was white walls which suited the outside as all the buildings are white and clean. The only faults about the room are the windows kept slamming shut and made such a loud noise and the fact there is no air con. I am a very warm person always so the end of July with the heat and no air con was a struggle. There are light fans in the living room and bedroom but they aren’t the best for air. The room got really warm and hard to sleep in. The bedroom had 2 decent sized wardrobes with an iron and iron board in one and shelves in the other for your clothes. The pool area is massive and there is always Sun loungers for you to use even at the end of July. The pool at the steps was a little dirty from I’m guessing people going in and out the pool. There was dirty and leaves in it. The pool itself could do with getting touched up as some of the tiles were missing. The ground around the pool area has tiny stones / gravel you have to walk over to get into the pool so would highly recommend wearing sliders and leaving them at the side of the pool. We got told off by the house keeping for taking towels down to the pool so make sure have and take your own down. This wasn’t made aware to us and we did this the first 4 days. There is always a cot / travel cot with pool inflatables / noodles you can use so you don’t need to buy one The food was really decent. There was always something me and my partner ate. There was a fair selection to pick from too. The waiters always approached us without a few minutes of sitting and asked what we wanted to drink which I liked. They also were really fast at taking away finished plates. I have a soup with bread every lunch and dinner time then had a main and then dessert if I had room. When we checked out at 12 we was told that they had to take our wrist bands off then and there. We was a 8PM flight home that night so that was a bit rubbish as we couldn’t go to the bar. We did however get a card to use for lunch and we got drinks with lunch. Once we arrived the first night I did ask for a last checkout and they did say to ask the night before but when we did that they said it wasn’t possible as someone was going to be checking into the room at 3 so we had to be checked out for 12 for it to be cleaned. Wish I knew this the first day we asked as I would have planned to do something that bad as we just sat waiting around for hours to leave to airport. I would recommend this hotel for everyone and I would come back but I would highly recommend coming back when it’s a lot cooler because of the no air con situation and maybe getting an earlier flight or doing something the last day.
