This nice flat complex is located on the high part of the sailor village of Puerto del Carmen, located 1km from the beach Playa Chica and 750m from the old marina. The flats are located in a quiet residential area and there is a bus stop 300m away. In the surroundings of this area, there is all kind of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and local shops. 750m away is the area of Varadero (dry dock), it is the dock of the old town (La Tiñosa) where you can still see some fisher boats which leave every morning for work. Here, there is a little square and there is several terraces and restaurants to have a drink or food, and inkling for going out. The National Park of Timanfaya is located 20km away, the Jose Saramago’s house is 5km away and Cesar Manrique’s house about 40km away.

“basic app very clean”
