My partner and I spent just under a week at this hotel, and honestly, we couldn’t really find much fault with it. The location was perfect, about a 5 minute walk to a little shopping centre, which included shops and different restaurants - we found this good when we didn’t eat at the buffet. The room, although it was a bit dated, it was spotless, with new towels provided every day and beds made. Air con also worked fine in our room. I saw a lot of criticism about the entertainment, we only went down once and didn’t stay as it didn’t look too great. The food, when we first arrived we were quick to judge the buffet at dinner time, so we ate out for the first two nights, but when we returned to the buffet the other evenings it was more to our taste. Breakfast selection was perfect everyday. We went half board, and the prices of the drinks were reasonable (€3 euros for a beer), although the mojito seemed watered down some days. The pool area - it was kept clean and tidy during the week we were here. The white bit around the pool was extremely slippy, lots of people did/almost fell over. Nice heated pool in the middle. Wasn’t too busy until today, but we are leaving so no complaints 😂. I did get a bit annoyed at the congregation of children near the main steps into the pool, I understand it’s shallow here but so is the other side, people had to almost push their way through to get into the pool. But again this isn’t the hotels fault, the lifeguards did tell the children to move away from the steps. Overall, it was a really lovely holiday - enjoyed every minute of it and would recommend to families and couples ☀️❤️

Just returned from our 3rd visit at this hotel. Having been here before, we knew what to expect and things were pretty much the same as our previous visits. We stayed for 1 week on a half board basis. As mentioned in a previous review, the food wasnt that great (breakfast especially) however i did note that the evening meals did seem to have improved. One strange thing i did notice was that chips were served with breakfast and hash browns with dinner. Surely it should be the other way around? Another gripe i have is having to pay for a drink with your evening meal and 2 colas for 8 euros is very overpriced. Again the pricing of drinks was mentioned in my last review (just under 10 euros for a vodka and fanta lemon at the pool bar this time) and this seems to have increased. Despite the issues with the food and drink, the hotel itself is fine for a base. Right on the seafront and close to amenities. Rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels provided. It was my birthday while we were away and i had emailed ahead to ask that we were allocated the same room as last time as the sea view we had was lovely. The hotel bettered themselves and actually gave us a room with a better view than last time so thank you for that! With that in mind, we would definately stay here again and hope for the same room as we have just had!

“Entertainment for famlies not couples”

Lower room with court yard view. Not bad but sea veow would have been nice but at a cost ! Lots of children running round and laughing and screaming 😱 not the place to come if you don't have kids ! It's a family hotel

Its was a very average hotel, won't come back for the price we paid, booked a sea view we could barely see the sea, cleaners are the friendlies out of all the staff, the photos on Love Holiday needs updating place is more run down compared to the photos that were shown, the mini golf shown it was looked after it wasn't over grown abit! Disappointed being all inclusive and still needing to pay to use the spa part of the hotel at €18 each! The food everyday was basically the same 2 nights we walked 45mins to have something more tasty! The atmosphere of the hotel was pretty flat the pool area was okay, the location is alright not much in the local area as stated before got to walk a fair bit more going on in Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife and Costa Teguise bus are a cheap way of getting around, there is a bus stop 15 minutes walk away from hotel! We won't be coming back to this hotel but will come back to Lanzarote!
