Just back from a week stay at this fabulous hotel. Checking in, I was asked if it was my 1st stay in the hotel(which it was), 'it wont be your last' . It's an oasis of calm, relaxation and comfort and having visited Lanzarote for many years, its the nicest spot I've stayed. Facilities were first class, rooms very comfortable and friendly staff in every department. Ideal location to switch off, only €6-7 in a taxi to old town, €16 to Arrecife. On site entertainment most nights so if you didnt want to leave the hotel, you didnt have to. Very hard to stay anywhere else now after having stayed there. Looking forward to a return trip, fingers crossed, better weather the next time.

Just returned from 10 nights at the Lava Beach Hotel, and simply can't wait to return. We stayed in the Premium sea front room block, looking out to beautiful gardens and beyond to the sea. Nicole the manager is so kind and helpful it runs through to all other hotel personnel . The hotel is very clean and tidy. We stayed on a BB basis there's something for everyone. See you soon. 👍

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and always lovely and calm. We visit every year and it never disappoints. Staff are always friendly and welcoming

Lovely hotel, immaculately presented, very attentive staff. Rooms are reasonably sized with good facilities, large balconies including 1 sun lounger/2 chairs. Lovely hotel, immaculately presented, very attentive staff. Rooms are reasonably sized with good facilities, large balconies including 1 sun lounger/2 chairs. The glass panel from the bathroom to the bedroom was not to my liking, if either guest goes to the bathroom in the night or is an early riser, the bedroom is flooded with light. Buffet style breakfast was as expected with the usual array of quality food on offer, from baked goods, pastries, fruit, fresh omelettes etc and again the staff are exceptional. Disappointed that Jet2 didn't mention the lounge bar would be closed for refurbishment for the majority of our stay leaving just the piano bar open in the evening which is ok but is where the evening entertainment is hosted, so not somewhere quiet/relaxing. We were also unaware that the a la carte restaurant is closed Sun, Mon, Tue leaving the €35pp buffet as the only evening option so no lite bite/small plate options those evenings. Fortunately we're happy to venture out & found a couple of decent venues (& a lot of very tacky ones) nearby but restaurant availability should be made clearer for those with limited ability. This is a reflection on Jet2 advertising, not the hotel whose own website is far more informative. The only negative was a cockroach in the bathroom but I appreciate this can happen in this climate/area and was swiftly dealt with by my husband (hero)! 🤣 All in all a most enjoyable stay & would happily return now we're aware of what is available in the vicinity. I applaud the staff in all areas for their dedication & commitment to making guests stays as comfortable as possible and would definitely recommend to friends & family.
