Just back from our family holiday. We had a great experience. The apartments are spotless staff are very friendly, there’s always someone constantly cleaning both apartments and pool area. Pool bar is very reasonable pricing. Location is ideal a short walk to every where. The only thing I’d say at the start of the week it was no problem get a sun lounger, but as week went on it got harder and harder as people were leaving towels down in the morning and not showing up until the afternoon. When we were leaving we had an early flight time so we left the apartments at 3:45am and at least half of the sun loungers had towels on them at that time. A simple solution would be for staff to take the towels off in the mornings fold them up and leave them at the pool bar. But 100% I’d have no problem staying here again and will be back next year. 🇨🇮

Close to pubs/supermarkets/shops/mini golf/cinema. The strip (seafront) was only 5/10 minute walk. The old town was 10/15 minute walk the other way. A little hilly. The complex was quiet day/night. Close to pubs/supermarkets/shops/mini golf/cinema. The strip (seafront) was only 5/10 minute walk. The old town was 10/15 minute walk the other way. A little hilly. The complex was quiet day/night. A bit of sun lounger hogging but that goes on in every complex. The swimming pool liner could do with updating but the area was kept clean daily. The bar at the pool did delicious rolls, toasties, burgers etc at reasonable prices open from 10am to 6pm the staff there were lovely. The apartment/bathroom is a little dated could do with a some TLC but all was clean. There is an air-conditioning unit in main room but none in the bedroom but you can lock the shutter from in side the bedroom and open your window wide. Fresh towels, fresh linen, liquid soap dispenser at bathroom sink, hair and body wash dispenser in shower and a hairdryer on wall in bathroom. Plenty of storage space for your belongings in the bedroom and also safe. Pool towels can be hired from reception. Staff were very nice and helpful in all areas. Thank you for a lovely stay. If in Playa del Carmen in the future it would be somewhere I'd stay again.

When we arrived we were allocated a room bedside the main pool which we couldn't sit on the balcony due to the noise. When we arrived we were allocated a room bedside the main pool which we couldn't sit on the balcony due to the noise. We are a retired couple and I requested a quiet room at the other pool, but the kind receptionist helped us out the following day and we were moved. Thank You. The sunbed situation was unbelievable with not enough beds for the amount of guests, especially when folk were putting their towels out after midnight, by the time of 0800am there were none left, this needs to be sorted out.
