No matter which way you go there’s supermarkets lovely bars and restaurants on both sides. Rooms are large with so much space for clothes and cases to be stored back balcony for the warm evenings/nights beds are really comfortable rooms are kept spotless with bed linen and towels changed regularly extra pillows provided on request straight away an we had the en suite the showers in this two bed apartment can’t be faulted amazing pressure apartment in general is huge air con included sofa bed everything we needed was at hand. My little one has only ever stayed in b12 an we had requested this apartment as because of her sensory issues she doesn’t understand when things change staff weren’t able in d beginning to give us b12 so they gave us b13/14 but when they seen her been so emotional over the only apartment she had stayed in with her dad who has since passed they prepared b12 for us the min the other family left the next day couldn’t have been more helpful to us it was lovely of them an their helpfulness couldn’t be faulted they helped us immensely because of this an made us more than happy an they didn’t even make a deal they made it look so easy thank you again to these lovely staff members you’s made my 10 year old daughters holiday happy for her we do normally stay 2/3 times a year an love the complex an the friendliness of the staff they are genuinely the kindest especially Betty who remembers our daughter an greeted her with a huge hug such a lovely woman she is. The property is more expensive than some in the area but to be honest for the sort of service and staff at hand ready to help an the location where it is I’d rather pay the little extra the location is not been beaten an they always seem to make the request of b12 happen for us thankfully holidays are made much easier for the little one who really does only look for the comfort of been where he dad used to stay with us. Place can’t be faulted I’d rather spend a little extra an be in an apartment we’ve asked for than spend it an not like somewhere thank you so much for our stay. Selina

We’re here at the moment and have to stay we were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. Yes it is a bit dated, but kept very clean. Beds are comfortable. Additional pillows when requested. Good location for both old and new town. Out the back gate there is Bisofera shopping centre, bus stop and taxi rank. Out front gate, down slight hill to new town and beach front. Jet 2 Rep extremely helpful. Pool bar do great chips, snacks and cocktails!. No mad rush for sun beds which is a bonus. Asked for a room with either pool or sea view and got both!! Overall I think this place does not deserve some of the scathing reviews on here. It is obviously not 5 star but I really cannot fault it and would definitely stay here again!

“Lovely Place, staff & close to everything”

We stayed in 6b it was a ground floor apartment, 1 bedroom with a lovely private back garden, indoors was spotless clean. There was one pool beside us and another a short walk away. Out the front of the hotel was a quiet street, to the right led to the old town to the left to the beach and main strip. The back entrance of the hotel was perfectly positioned across the road from the shopping mall and restaurants. Really quite perfect place to stay as Mam had issues with her leg. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was due to the amount of cats and unfortunately the dirt they left in the gardens.
