“Peaceful week”

Excellent trip, staff are all lovely, food is excellent and loads of choice very quiet room, always enough sunbeds Paid for dress to be ironed, disappointed with result Other 5 star hotels give water every day, this one didn't

This is an honest review from a mature couple. Lovely hotel in a fantastic position. Rooms/Suites large,with TV,free safe,full fridge, lovely fluffy towels,tea and coffee replaced daily,gowns and slippers,only 3 drawers more storage space required

We loved the place, first time visiting, we shall certainly go again. Stayed at plus fariones hotel 4☆ plus great hotel rite on the beach all rooms facing the sea, greeted on arrival with a glass of Champagne nice touch. Very spacious rooms, plenty of storage for your clothes twin sinks, very good shower and spacious balcony, microwave in room, only drawback to having a microwave there are no plates or cutlery which could have been appreciated. A good sized fridge complimentary bottled water, great food at this hotel, some nights we're repetitive, we was surprised that we had to pay for our water at the evening meal €5. 60 for 2 small bottles it would have been nice if it was complimentary with our meal, staff are very good couldn't do enough for you, house keeping was excellent fresh towels bed made every day and kept nice & clean. Bar staff are excellent. First 2 days round the pool no problem with loungers plenty of, then things changed towel brigade started towels left on a lot of them but no people hardly anyone in the pool so where was they? The pool guy came round with cards placed them on the un attended loungers with towels on, people came back hrs later seen the cards then dismissed what they read, one Scottish couple had a word with the pool attendant about it then walked off with the towels still on the loungers, so more needs to be done remove after an hr I'd say. We was here at this hotel celebrating my partners 60th birthday excellent day i was up 5.00 am blowing balloons 🎈 to surprise him and a 60 banner, later in the afternoon we arrived back greeted with a bottle of Champagne and chocolates with a card congratulating him thank you for that it was a lovely surprise much appreciated indeed. That evening we went out to celebrate his choice of restaurant was La Cascada beautiful meal very much reccomend to people. Every day at our hotel we was greeted with beautiful parrots in the grounds a was amazed they came down to our balcony and ate out of my hand, I loved it. People was telling me they are becoming a nuisance too many of them and they are killing the palm trees off by burrowing inside. I loved them. The hotel situated rite on the strip perfect place stay, evening entertainment in hotel some was really good but 3 nights consecutive jazz not our cup of tea so we went on the strip loads of bars our favourite was kings Concrete jungle band was ace loved them had me rocking 80's my favourite,. Overall our stay was great.

“Enormous luxury hotel.”

This hotel looks so impressive, has a cruise ship feel about it, due to the sheer size. The reception team were very welcoming. Every part is spotlessly clean and it smells lovely. The room is large, tastefully decorated, has great facilities with a fridge and kettle. The aircon is great and quiet too. It has added things like slippers and dressing gown to enhance your experience. Plus a free easy to use safe. Sleep quality was good. The bed and pillows are high quality and very comfortable. The room was dark and quiet, so perfect. The pool area again spotless. Plenty sunbeds around and free pool towels. The one thing I was surprised about was with everything being such a high standard the sunbeds weren't better quality. But it's a minor issue. The pool is large and heated to a lovely temperature. The food was OK, good selection, breakfast was probably a bit better than the evening meal, but im sure everyone could find something to eat. The restaurant has loads of lovely seating and spaced so you don't feel crowded. We tried to watch the evening entertainment one night, but it was outside and it wasn't a warm evening and to be honest not very good. Much better to go outside the hotel for entertainment. Cocktails are nice, strong and not too expensive. I probably would choose to stay at the groups apartments again next time, which we have previously stayed, these cost around 50% less, but they are equal in cleanliness and breakfast quality, but I preferred as the complex was smaller and more intimate. But that's personal preference. Overall a lovely experience.
