“Great value”

A great location handy for everything hotel is spotless every area. The rooms have everything you could possibly need. Great space. The service throughout hotel a very high standard. Food and drink choices excellent all staff work very hard to make your stay special.

Fabulous location close to the beach. Staff polite and very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable with cooking facilities and excellent restaurant on site. Very relaxing and would definitely recommend.

“TOO MANY STEPS”

Arrived at hotel and check in very smooth, very informative staff and given usual all inclusive literature. We took a lift to the complex where the pools were situated and discovered our rooms to be on 4th tier which involved a lot of steps. No ramps anywhere so had to try and lift suitcases up… more

Arrived at hotel and check in very smooth, very informative staff and given usual all inclusive literature. We took a lift to the complex where the pools were situated and discovered our rooms to be on 4th tier which involved a lot of steps. No ramps anywhere so had to try and lift suitcases up a flight of steps, and down a flight of steps and up another set of steps to reach the apartment. If you are less mobile the higher situated apartments would not be any good for you so best request an apartment at swimming pool level where you dont need to negotiate so many steps. If we had known this on arrival we would have requested a lower ground floor room but you can ask freception for assistance with your cases which we did when leaving. The complex was spotless and our room kept tidy the whole week so no complaints there. The food in the restaurant was edible and always found something to eat on the times we ate in there, mostly breakfast but have experienced better all inclusive food options in other hotels. The food outside standard restaurant hours of breakfast, lunch and dinner was non existent, just cold hot dogs and burgers available at the pool bar, where you had to pay extra for chips, cheese to go on the burger etc, whereas in other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at, food was available all day and even outside the standard restaurant hours. Same with drinks, the lager by the pool bar was not the best and not all drinks were all inclusive in the entertainment room as you had to pay extra for cider and some spirits so again the hotel being advertised as all inclusive is misleading. The staff were all friendly especially in the entertainment room where it was really quiet as most guests chose to stay away.

“We won't be back as we would like a sea view in future”

We were disappointed with our apartment as, although it was near the facilities and hence not many stairs, we looked out onto the back of the next row of apartments so we had absolutely no view from our patio at all. We were disappointed with our apartment as, although it was near the facilities and hence not many stairs, we looked out onto the back of the next row of apartments so we had absolutely no view from our patio at all. Also, there was a strong smell in the shower room which reminded me of cats... Also, I would have thought that a pair of sunbeds would have been provided in addition to the table and chairs. Otherwise the apartment was perfectly functional with everything we needed. We were half board and were perfectly happy with the breakfast which provided everything you could possibly want to eat. However, the evening meal was lacking in choice of the hot food and was quite repetitive. The cleaners came in 5 days out of 7 and the towels were changed twice a week. The location of the apartments was the redeeming factor as it was on the doorstep of all local bars and amenities. We got the bus into Playa Blanca which was lovely and another day walked to the Old Town which we enjoyed too.
