“A great hotel with something for everyone!”
The hotel was a good base, with 3 pools to choose from and shops nearby. The location was ideal. About 20 minutes walk into puerto del carmen. The hotel was lovely and clean. Food, i thought was ok, I travelled with family so we had 2 apartments. “Lovely place if you're french”
The pools were great, bar staff and cleaners were all brilliant the only problem was being totally ignored by the entertainment team we were sat at a table in the main bar and they started playing games all in French.
