“Nachosol family visit”
Good- good location, excellent views of the bay/beach from room. Well equity rooms, clean and tidy , nice pool and plenty of sun beds Bad- no reception, no instructions of how to check in ( these were inside rather than outside?) Called sister hotel via intercom, all travellers in party ( 6 of us)h… more

“100 deposit taken with no warning.”
No issues with stay but had to leave card details for 100 euro deposit. I was advised the deposit would not be taken but once I arrived home the money was taken without any warning. Can the hotel please contact me to discuss. I have called and emailed but no answer.
