This hotel was amazing. We spent 9 nights here in July with the 3 kids. The splash park for the toddlers was brilliant, as was the park, both surrounded by sea views. The food was lovely wi the so much choice for breakfast and evening meal. The drinks were good. Pina coladas were excellent and the staff weren't short on the measures. Rooms were cleaned everyday and our balcony was huge. Would definitely go back.

2 adults holiday Will start with the all inclusive and all inclusive plus. If your a person how like branded drinks and don’t like cheap Spanish local drinks then go for the all inclusive plus. You can have all top brand bottle beers and spirits. You can upgrade through travel agents or at the reception (we did it at reception €25 each per day) and can use the coffee shop for drinks and luxury ice creams with the plus. There are 2 adult areas in this hotel. 1 area has a full bar and pool the other just self service soft drinks. With a lounge pool which is nice and quiet would recommend it. The food in the evening was very good spoilt for choice and had lots of seating areas. The snack bar had was good in the afternoon with comfort food pizza. Burgers. Hotdogs. Chip. Salad. Cakes. (Street food) this was my favourite. You really don’t have to dress up at night as long as you’re covered. Plus did have an area to sit. But was alway filled with big party that was not plus people and was loud. This was a big down fall for me as there was only 2 of us . I didn’t enjoy the plus dinning experience. That really should be taken off. Would say that would come as a 3 star experience. The rooms are kept very clean with a kettle for tea and coffee. Fridge to keep your drinks cold. You can ask for an iron they isn’t 1 in every room. The beach towel is €10 deposit which you get back at the end of your holiday. The lobby bar is only open in the evening and you can watch football here if there is a game on . Which dose get bust inside . You have I big dressing table and a good size tv . This is in a standard classic room . With a good size bathroom. In the day there are only 2 bars open but are self serving drink machines around which you have to scan your wrist band to get a drink. There is a free shuttle bus 3 time a day to the beach and back. There is stairs if you want to walk down 709 of them . 10 min to walk down 45 min to walk back up and 2 bottles of water. The only down side sitting out side is the pigeon. They need to have a falcon around twice a day to scare the pigeon away . Something simple which they don’t do. The pigeon drop every were. The entertainment is that bad in the evenings you just have to watch it and experience it your self. The hotel is like a small village you could get lost in there. But the staff are always around to help you .

This is a wonderful hotel but the service has been abysmal. No one to help find a table, no tables set so you have to set your own cutlery, huge queues at the bar with one person serving in peak summer, most staff look absolutely miserable and dirty cups until late morning around the pool area. There are many positives and you will have a good holiday, I can only compare to the three star we stayed in last year which was far superior in every aspect. Positives: Friendly and helpful reception. Lovely smell all over the place and the whole hotel is immaculate Unbelievable views. Stunning. Amazing gelateria. You pay unless all inclusive plus however it is very cheap and excellent ice creams! Overall the food is good for an all inclusive. Repetitive in some areas but decent. Good choice of meat and fish, excellent Chinese section. Please pass compliments to this chef, he works so hard! Very good pizzas 🍕 lovely salads and desserts and choc fountain is a big plus point! Slides- only two but lots of fun Infinity pool and adult pools are stunning Absolutely amazing beach nearby. Very hard to walk back as you are so high up but cheap taxis available and we had a great time at the beach. Negatives Most staff are miserable and look like they don’t want to be here. Compliments to the female entertainment staff member who does the aqua gym. She is lovely. A family was unhappy and she was listening to them. She got everyone involved in the pool and she was very kind to the kids. The other entertainment. Staff are totally lacking in personality and we never felt how we usually do because they just don’t seem to want to be there. Same with bar staff. Two guys on the bar were absolutely lovely. The rest were miserable. You can only order three drinks max. This is hard for families and groups. All inc plus get fresh cocktails and all inc are all pre made so this means that there are large queues. They need so many more staff on the two bars to avoid queues. It ends at 11pm which is fine but more staff needed! The blonde bar lady would look at the queues and not serve until she had to, unfriendly and could not give two hoots about the customers waiting. They all work hard but they just do not have the staff for the capacity at the hotel. Main pool: boiling. Now I like a warmer pool but this pool is far too hot: 🥵 it’s also packed with people. You cannot have inflatables which I agree with and this is because there are too many in it!!!! Location: easy to get into town on cheap taxis but I prefer somewhere you can easily walk to: this is not the hotels fault. Lack of management presence. Only saw management twice being really present in a weeek. Total lack of tables for the entertainment. Sooo many families unable to sit and watch any shows as not enough tables. This was a lovely hotel but massively lacking in service which we are used to for this class of resort: they need more staff and ones who are happy to help and serve people. We will not return here. Cannot believe the amazing reviews, I was chatting with a few people and they said the same, so I know I am not losing my mind! This is all my opinion only and clearly others love the place.

I stayed here before it was refurbished and can say the views were amazing. Beach was far however there were direct steps to go down from near the hotel. Clubs near by with a short taxi drive. I stayed here before it was refurbished and can say the views were amazing. Beach was far however there were direct steps to go down from near the hotel. Clubs near by with a short taxi drive. The room balconies had the best views!! Can say that plenty of pictures were taken. Market available however slightly costly. Also did my first ever parasailing at the beach of this hotel with beautiful views in and out of the mountains.
