Had a lovely week staying here . Yes the rooms may need some tlc but the room 507 was arge and spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel and pool. Bathroom had dble sinks with a bath and separate shower, towels replaced each day maid was in. Desk staff really helpful when requesting extra pillows and general info. We slept soundly as this is not a party area so as long as other respectful guests regarding noise would hope is always the same . Hotel does have a supermarket though we only bought bread water etc there as we went local supermarkets for majority as alot cheaper and more choices ..lovely local restaurants 5 mins walk . Bus stop 5 min walk away with frequent services to playa del ingles route at £1.45 euro 1 way. Ideal location from airport if on a shuttle we were 1st drop off last pick up and approx 15 mins transfer time . Though next time will definitely look at a taxi cost before . Hotel doesn't have a beach but pool is big with plenty of loungers available . Aerodrome is by hotel so plenty small planes about in the day time though didn't find the noise for any concern. All rooms have amazing view as right on the waters edge and has sun morning till eve. We will definitely consider returning . We were here during march so likely quieter time of year. Only things that could improve our stay would have been a slightly more comfy sofa and loungers on balcony. If you want quiet relaxing short transfers good pool self catering or local restaurants then this is perfect hotel once you look beyond the need for bit of updating

Great for couples, hotel was spotlessly clean and reception staff were helpful, especially Maria. Rooms and balcomy were huge, ( 2 bed appartment). Generally quiet, but do ask for a top floor room if you can, as heard heavy furniture scrapping from room above. Hotel is on a cliff, so fantastic views, but very windy. Near a airstrip, so if you like light aircraft and a helicopter taking off and landing (I do), then no problems. Sometimes noise from nearby race track was annoying. Good gym and some good entertainment in the bar area. Friendly bar staff with reasonably priced food and drink. Onsite shop, but the hotel next door has a Spar that stays open a bit later, if you take a 3 minute stroll. Easy 20 minute drive from airport, GC1, GC 500 and close to San Agustus, Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas etc. 5 minutes away from Sioux City and 20 mins away from excellent viewpoint up the GC60.
