“El Hotelito”
Clean & simple room. Efficient & friendly check in. Good quality sheets & comfortable beds. We had the balcony option; great for a quiet drink overlooking the tiled rooves to the ocean. Nearby Tasca with good food, 10 minute walk to the port with our luggage to catch the early ferry - all downhill.… more

“Fantastic Staff”
Not only is it a lovely small hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz de la Palma, it has a fantastic staff who went beyond the call of duty to help us with a problem of our own making. We booked for the right day but the wrong month. Never mind, they let us have a room, suggested an excellent restaur… more

“Lovely friendly helpful staff”
Modern clean hotel with rooms overlooking the town. Good location. Staff ready to advise on typical small restaurants in the neighborhood, museums, churches and other sites of interest. Pedestrian zones and seafront not far but the climb back up the hill is challenging for older people

“Great customer response”
I had accidentally booked this hotel confusing La Palma with Las Palmas- happens sometimes ! Whilst the hotel were within their rights to take my money and not provide a refund, they did so- excellent customer response.
