“Typical Spanish guest house - rustic and comfortable”
The owners collected us from Noja after walking the Camino along the coast, but in hindsight, it is possible to find a walking route directly to Escalante from Laredo. “Rustic but well-kept, well-positioned”
We stayed here for 3 nights (family of 4, 2 small kids) in one of the suites under the roof. “Rustic rural location”
Stayed here on the last stop in our Camino journey. Lovely rustic posada with perhaps 8/10 rooms. While it is built on the side of what can be a busy road, with windows closed that issue was solved. “Rural Retreat”

“Friendly owners”
Accommodation was basic and there was no onsite restaurant but the village of Escalante has quite a few restaurants considering its size. We had to prepare our own breakfast since we wanted an early start.
