“Bright little cafe/bar.”
The cafe/bar provides a service for the linked apartments, but also for passing trade. Service is swift and cheerful. The menu is limited, but comprises fresh locally sourced ingredients, attractively presented.

“Good base for exploring Cantabria”
El Cardeo is well positioned to explore Cantabria and Asturias to the west. It is a bit isolated, so it is not practical without a car. There are many interesting towns around, such as Comillas and Santillana, and a seemingly infinite number of good beaches. The Picos de Europa are also on the door… more
