“This Museum Hotel is a great spot to stay!”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while hiking the Camino del Norte in early June 2022. It was perfectly located with a restaurant/bar connected to the hotel. “First night in Spain and perfect choice”
So pleased i booked this hotel. It’s such a reasonable cost and is charmingly furnished, full of old furniture and rugs and pleasant areas to sit. “Good restaurant”
Did not stay in the hotel but enjoyed a delicious plat del dia meal and wine which was very reasonable. Varied menu and also in english. Staff friendly and helpful in an interesting bar and setting plus good location.

“Lovely museum-hotel”
Good location and so much history. The hotel truly is a museum. Our room was comfortable, though right on the road, so not the most private! Breakfast was very good and the staff was kind and helpful.

“No A/c meant no sleep......”
There was no a/c and our room was very hot even with the windows open, it was too hot. Our room smelt a bit damp as well. It was noisy as it was on the road but we needed the windows open to let some air in. There wasn't sufficient parking so we had to park in the public car park about 5 mins walk … more
