“Fabulous Town”
Interesting building in perfect location. Generous food portions. It sometimes took quite a while to be served in the bar and some staff were a little sullen but Vanesa Noriega was very pleasant, helpful and smiling. This Parador is in lovely medieval village - warm stone buildings, lovely cobbled streets and some great bars and restaurants. Be warned it can get very busy in the summer... “Great hotel”
Warm welcome, staff helped us with maps of the city, proposed restaurants and best way to go there. Room was great, lots of space and a fine bed. Elevator seemed a bit old but was working... Fine address.

Staying at this Parador, was a very nice experience. The building and its surroundings are so charming, they make you live the experience according to the little lovely town Santillana is. Big and comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. Thin walls so you could hear your close neighbors. Amazing break… more

“disapointed”
beautiful building in a perfect setting but slow service and a very poor cup of coffee. the internal decor of the parador were sopt on but unable to provide a decent cup of coffee. as i say, disapointed.
