A wonderful property and location, excellent food and service. Very convenient for the ferry. Shame about the rain, we would have loved to see more of the village.

“Beautiful Bumpy Ride”
First off, this Parador is top notch. Truly excellent in every way. Nevertheless the streets of Santillana Del Mar are so thick and treacherously paved with cobblestones that it is quite difficult to walk around the town. “A Perfect Location and Wonderful Experiece”
One of the Best Paradores we have stayed in. The location in the town is very central, close to shops, restaurants and bars. The historic aspect of the Parador generates a warm and friendly atmosphere.

“Santander and beyond”
Stayed for just 1 night at Gil Blas which was great! Excellent service and good food in a wonderful environment. Definitely worth a short stay…..
