We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel and were impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was throughout our visit. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The food during the day was varied, plentiful, and there was a great selection of drinks included with the all-inclusive package. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available, plus convenient snacks and drinks served poolside. There are signs asking guests not to eat or drink at the sunbeds, though this seemed to apply mainly to items brought in from elsewhere, as guests were happily enjoying the hotel’s own poolside food and drinks by their loungers. Our room overlooked the pool and had a lovely small balcony. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, cleaning the room daily, replacing towels, and providing fresh bottled water each day. We also appreciated having both a safe and a fridge in the room. The only slight downside for us was the lack of a kettle in the room — as Brits, we do enjoy a morning cuppa, so that would have been a nice addition. The other small issue was that the pool area cleaning starts quite early, around 6am, and the noise can be a little noticeable if you’re hoping for a lie-in past your normal 6:30. That said, the cleaners work incredibly hard and keep the area spotless, so it’s only a very minor complaint overall. The hotel is in a great location, around a 40-minute walk from the centre of Cambrils and roughly 35 minutes on foot to Salou. There’s also a regular bus service that stops right outside the hotel, making it easy to travel in either direction. The nearby beach was clean and well-kept, and we enjoyed visiting some of the small beach bars along the seafront. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxed area while still being within easy reach of the livelier nearby resorts and attractions.

me and my family stayed here for 10 days, we arrived late at night / early hours morning and the reception was waiting for us with kind staff ready to show us where we’re staying etc. the rooms were clean and provided a fridge with drinks and a safe to keep our special belongings in. the pool is big with a shallow end, and a deep end as well as a children’s pool. there was a lot of sunbeds which no one was fighting over. it’s very close to the beach so beach days are easily done even with a lot of people involved. i really enjoyed the food, it was fresh. i agree with some reviews which mention how the food was slightly cold / luke warm but it wasn’t an everyday thing and there’s also microwaves provided in the food area which also suggests food is made fresh. the staff are very kind and helpful. some lack a lot of english but it is fine if you know bare minimum spanish. the only issue i had was the atmosphere, this being because there was an entertainment but there wasn’t much involved, maybe some music but no staff insinuating anything and it was mainly for young children. it’s also very far from cambrills and salou meaning if your older than 18 and planned to go out, i’d suggest choosing a place closer as all the pubs nearby are very relaxed and serve food.

Good hotel, clean and room was alright. Food was ok, not too many vegetarian options unfortunately and some foods not labeled well to know what's in it. It was alright to stay there for a long weekend. The area was so quite at the beginning of May. Pubs and bars were basically empty which actually was alright with us as no queues for drinks or issues with seats.

We went to hotel best cambrils for a 10 day break, we booked the solarium room. We arrived before check in and reception was very busy, good news though we were able to check in and go to our room. Our room was the double room solarium which basically consists of 2 double beds, slippers, dressing gowns, complimentary drinks in the fridge water,Pepsi,orange also came with the kettle, sugar (no milk pods or teabags) The bathroom was lovely and the shower was very hot on occasions. The solarium when you stepped outside on to the balcony was huge, we had a couch and 2 chairs with a big parasol, we also had 2 daybeds with a straw type parasol and also a little table with 2 chairs. We were out there most of the time. We had a view of the pool The pool was great, no fights for beds it was all very civilised and plenty of space. The hotel is just across the road from the beach and you can if you wanted to walk along the promenade, if you go left you can head to salou at a good pace it would take 30/40 mins and if you go right you can head to cambrils. Or if you don't want to walk there is in fact a busstop right outside the hotel the bus to cambrils was 2 euros 20. Highly recommend to do The only downside we had was the food. We were half board, first night we were there we were hungry so got there as soon as it opened, there was a variety of food which we tried all of it and it was cold we thought it might of been a one off but when we got to breakfast it was the same fried eggs were cold, baked beans were luke warm. It did get slightly better as the days went on food got warmer and on the final day it was actually hot. All in all highly recommend but would probably just go self catering if it was possible, and eat out.
