Just got home from an amazing stay at this hotel. What stands out the most is the incredible beachfront location, this is where we spent most of our holiday as we found the pool could get very busy. We felt very safe at this hotel and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were half board and loved the food, we found the range of choices really good, and were big fans of the chocolate fountain! The hotel is perfectly situated for walks in either direction along the beach, with buses and shops nearby. We found the direct bus to portaventura very helpful via the plana service. The only problem we had was that we couldn’t get any WiFi in our room unfortunately and the room was a little small / basic. However we would definitely stay again, and hope to be back soon! Thank you Estival centurion :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic hotel with outstanding beachfront dining We had a wonderful stay at the Estival Centurion Playa and would happily return. The hotel is in a fantastic beachfront location, the rooms are modern, spotless and comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. What really made our holiday special, though, was the hotel's beachfront restaurant. Sitting right on the beach, it was the perfect place to enjoy lunch while taking in the sea views. A very special thank you goes to Alba and her amazing team. They provided some of the best service we've experienced anywhere. Alba made us feel genuinely welcome every time we visited, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail made every meal feel special. The food was outstanding—fresh, beautifully presented and consistently delicious. Whether it was a relaxed lunch or drinks by the beach, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Alba and the whole team for making our stay so memorable. They are a real credit to the Estival Centurion Playa

We recently stayed at ESTIVAL Hotel Centurion as a family and, overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was excellent with a good variety throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ingrid at the reception. She was professional, welcoming, and helpful both during our check-in and at check-out. I also appreciate David, who handled one of my questions professionally and took the time to understand my concern before responding. However, there are a few things that I believe future families should be aware of. The hotel has a policy prohibiting inflatable flotation rings in the swimming pool. My children (ages 9 and 11), who are not confident swimmers, were not allowed to use them even under my direct supervision. This policy came as a surprise, so I recommend that families check the pool rules before arriving if their children rely on flotation aids. I was also surprised that the complimentary in-room coffee was provided only on arrival. Any additional coffee sachets were charged separately. In my experience, many four-star hotels replenish coffee or tea daily as part of housekeeping, so this was unexpected. Finally, while most staff members were courteous, I had one interaction at reception that I felt could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner when I was simply asking for clarification about the parking policy. I shared my feedback with hotel management during my stay, although I did not receive a response before my departure. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the hotel’s cleanliness, food quality, and pleasant atmosphere are definite strengths. With some improvements in communication and guest service, particularly regarding the pool policy and consistency in customer care, I believe the overall guest experience could be even better.

We have just returned from another lovely week at this hotel. This was our third visit in as many years and I’m sure it wont be our last. We had great service from all the staff including the maintenance team when we had a problem with our room safe, we were moved to another room easily. The quality of the food and drinks are excellent with great choice and friendly service. My only reason for a 4 rating is that the rooms could do with a bit of an update, they were looking a bit tired and the pool area needed a bit of maintenance , loose tiles etc although it was kept very clean and tidy. I look forward to coming back. A pool view suite upgrade on the top floor would be nice!
