Hotel location is great right in the centre we could see the sea/marina from our room 301 good balcony had the sun, opposite was a couple of bars but did not find it a problem its not BENIDORM just usual bar chatter/noise. We arrived around 1.30 receptionist said room not ready until 3 but that is normal hotel check in time you do have late check out on day of departure of 12 so cannot have both ways, there is somewhere to leave cases so no problem. We did half board food is a mix of nationalities can not imagine you could not like something on offer with grills fish meats fantastic salad bar pasta pizza, deserts to die for staff in the restaurant are lovely always keeping it clean tidy and on hand for drinks. The housekeeping was excellent clean towels bedding changed spot on, lovely lady. It was our 3rd stay and we WILL be back again

A very nice hotel in a central location. Cleaning was excellent. Air con in room superb. Room itself was comfortable. Only thing missing really was coffee/tea making facilities. Our room was overlooking the back but as we had a high floor view was ok & we weren't too overlooked. Balconies are pretty small but enough room for 2 chairs & a small table. Being so central be mindful of festivals/events in the resort. On our last night there was an all night event on the beach so we didnt sleep well as the event was on till 6am, not ideal being an early flight home. Not the hotels fault of course & suspect not a common occurrence, perhaps worth checking events ahead of booking. Pool area wasn't huge but pleasant enough, plenty of shade with trees & lots of sunbeds. Pool was clean, well maintained & a nice temperature. Pool towels were good quality, €10 refundable (cash) deposit & you could change every 3 days. Although in my experience, for a 4 star hotel pool towels are usually provided no charge. Breakfast was nice enough, fruit, bread, meats, eggs etc & pastries were very good. Staff were all very nice. As mentioned you can't check in till 3pm so we went for a walk & lunch as arrived late morning. We thought the resort itself was lovely, plenty of restaurants, bars, shops & a lovely beach.

Location central,shop across the road, plenty of restaurants, busy on a Friday Saturday.The Hotel needs to give advice,on facilities IE free safe,times of Meals, Entertainment and how to work Aircon.Breakfast was a little poor,no scrambled egg, deep fried eggs done in a wok ,when they have a massive frying section.The staff in the restaurant were loving.But it's a Spanish resort no English spoken ,Nice shops restaurant and bars great beach

Not sure why this hotel is part of jet2's luxe collection, we have visited other hotels with them which were a much higher standard. We met many other couples there who have visited the hotel more than once but it wasn't for us. The pluses were the cleaning staff, we were in room 217 and our room was cleaned every day to a high standard and the air con in the room was very good. Minus's include our room door not always locking, advised reception who looked at the problem several times but was never really sorted out. We worked out a way to make sure it locked and was amazed to find out another couple had the same problem. If you don't mind breathing in people's cigarette smoke then this is the place for you, people ignored non smoking signs, staff never challenged them. Lack of seating to watch evening entertainment, staff in the restaurant and bar were lovely. Central location means it can be very noisy and having to wait till after 3 for our room when we arrived at 10.30 in the morning wasn't ideal especially as we hadn't booked in we couldn't get a drink from the bar.
