I never give negative reviews and do not excpect too much with 3 star accommodation but people should be aware of a few negative aspects. On arrival the room given wasn't ready, rubbish in a bag, towels, bed sheets etc crumpled on the bed - but we're given different room immediately 😀. The rooms are spacious and clean, with clean towels given when needed. Staff are polite, reception staff can speak English but other staff eg bar staff don't. There are no labels on food therefore it limited what we would eat...wasn't obvious what the dishes were. There is inconsistency in what the bar staff will serve you on the all inclusive package- no one seems to know what is and isn't included. The service in the bar is slow with usually one person serving. This is the only hotel that we have said we wouldn't return to, due to the non- labelling of food and inconsistency in the bar.

“Hit & Miss”

Arrived at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly, couldn't fault any of them. Location, was good for us, 7 minute walk to a fantastic beach. Arrived at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly, couldn't fault any of them. Location, was good for us, 7 minute walk to a fantastic beach. However the hotel had so many added extra's, Pool towels 3 euro's then a euro a day for each day you had it. Early access to your room 20 euro's Hotel tax .. expected. Iron 2.50 euro's a day. Plastic cups for around the pool had to be paid for. No Tea or coffee facilities in the room, no access to hot drinks from 11.30pm-8am. No fridge in the room, so nowhere to keep any cold drinks or snacks. Room temperature drinks not an option. We would of marked the hotel much higher, if Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge had of been provided. Breakfast, most mornings was a waiting game, dirty tables everywhere, not being cleared, so families, where unstandably irritated due to the wait. Most of the time, there were no cups or glasses. Indoor bar only opens 8pm-11.30 pm. Would have liked to have sat inside with a hot or cold drink even a snack, during the day, just to get out of the sun for a while. We had to leave the hotel for this. Access to pool was from 10am, a few mornings it was 10.15-10.30am To many babies in the large pool, so could not really relax, I understand it's a family hotel, there is a children's area, with a lots of excess space, maybe extend that area and do not allow under 12's in the larger pool. Would make more sense. Hotel room was spotless couldn't really fault it. Sadly we won't return, the little things can make or break a holiday. This wasn't a cheap hotel, our expectations were not met.

“Not ready for English speaking guests.”

For a 3 star hotel it is fine but it is practically only Spanish speaking and almost no English spoken. The hotel did not understand about Jet2 and therefore no info was available . For a 3 star hotel it is fine but it is practically only Spanish speaking and almost no English spoken. The hotel did not understand about Jet2 and therefore no info was available . As the first 2 English speaking guests we felt quite isolated. The hotel was quite full with Spanish pensioners enjoying their holidays which was fine. Food was quite good but no food labelled ( allergies) and some of the time we didn’t know what we were eating. Couldn’t ask the chefs etc as they couldn’t understand us and vice versa! In the end we called for a Jet2 rep to come out and she was very helpful with her knowledge of Spanish and locating the very sparse Jet2 info book which no reception staff knew about . No entertainment at all which was disappointing even though it stated in the brochure that there was an entertainment programme. One huge plus is that the hotel was spotlessly clean with fresh towels every day. No pool towels available. Looked at the reviews beforehand but hadn’t noticed they were translated from Spanish. Jet2 and the hotel get together and sort this out and you will have a great hotel.
