Location is absolutely amazing, loads of things to do at the resort and the near beach is outstanding, few good choices around the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Some stuff members are going the extra mile just to have the best experience while on holiday.

2 things to be aware of before you book. The transfer is 90 minutes and cost us close to £400. Also 85 percent of the holidaymakers are Spanish. It's not a criticism just be aware for your own taste. Having said that the overall experience was excellent. All the staff were accommodating and with warm smiles. Alcohol is premium spirits and Amstel beer. Very nice thank you. The food . Lunch and Dinner were excellent with not 1 2 but 3 fresh cooking stations. The star of the show was the fire pit and beautiful bbq meats. Breakfast was very Spanish and not to our taste but found something to eat and the freshly squeezed orange was a real treat. The lamination mainly spoke Spanish and the programme on the wall bore no relation to the actual schedule. The pools are lovely with a zip wire and climbing wires above lily pads. This place is a break from everything. It's coastal and stunning. The walks are breathtaking. There is 1 beach bar . Perales . It's along the coast and you come across a sign and head down a tricky cobbled path to a beautiful beach bar. Please note the nearest town is L'Ampolla and the hotel run a courtesy car there if you want to get out and about its worth a few hours of your time.

We went as a group of five friends in September 2025..4 of them were vegetarians there was not a lot options for vegetarians but a lot of variety for non vegetarians..as we are Asians we liked some spicy food at times.. but the catering team Asif.. Malik .. Faisal.. and there supervisor Ali and managing director Jesus made sure we had vegetarian food to our liking every evening of our 7 nights stay.. always served with a smile..David was always helpful at the reception ..will definitely visit again 💯

“NOT a 4 star hotel”

We spent 6 nights here starting 7th September. Starting with the positives the staff are very friendly, it is clean, the WIFI is good, gym has 24/7 access, good air con in the rooms, good shop on site, different areas to sit during the day and night, great pool areas with activities and variety of pool depths, excellent adults only pool on top floor, no issues with sun beds. Rooms clean, with good shower and lots of storage, Good drying rack on balcony. Fridge in room. The negatives were no key safe number given at check in so we had to ask. Not told that the room card had to be activated for the gym so again, had to go and ask. No kettle in the room to be able to make tea and coffee - and the restaurant didn't open until 8am!! No bottled water in the room so had to go to the bar to get a small bottle. food times were late - breakfast didn't start until 8am, and dinner didn't start until 7.30pm; which we thought was late and some families with children were commenting that times were late. The pools didn't have access until 10am - which again, is late. lack of food option in the restaurant for vegetarians ,and no-existent for vegans (we said that I was vegan but they said they couldn't change the food); just plain vegetables, salad and fruit every day... the signage for allergens / vegetarians on food was bad - for example one day there was artichokes, and it said vegetarian on the sign but it had bacon with it! Another evening there were peas, again said vegetarian on the sign but there was bacon in it. I asked about it but they just shrugged their shoulders!!! Insufficient number of bar staff so quite a wait for drinks - especially in the evenings. Evening entertainment started late - 9pm for kids disco!! 10pm for adult shows. Smoking was permitted anywhere outside so there were lots of people smoking next to children, and right next to people on sunbeds by the pools which was not good. The general maintenance was poor - there were several issues with holes in the wall in our bathroom, and then lots of filler in the wardrobe that hadn't been sanded off etc. One of the worst things was the bathroom door - well basically it was just a sliding door that was frosted glass that didn't shut properly and didn't go to the roof so not great - especially when there wasn't any extraction in the bathroom!! The sinks in the bedroom were a bit odd to start with but not an issue and got used to it. We flew into Reus airport which was easy and we got a private transfer ; about 45 minute drive. Not a lot in the local area - easy walks to local beaches ; all stony (small stones mixed with the sand but certainly not golden sand) We had a relaxing week, and the weather was good but in our opinion it is not a 4 star hotel, more 3 star.
