Another holiday in this wonderful resort. We came last year, Family friendly as always, went with my husband and 2 children who are 3 and 2, they loved the pool area and slides. The food was lovely same as last year, something different each night and my youngest tried foods she never had before which she loved! The animation team were brilliant as always, trying to get everyone involved. My oldest loves singing and dancing so the mini disco was perfect for her and she got to meet sharkey each night which was brilliant for her. The only bad thing I would have to say is there was no music around the pool, it was only on during activities which I think if it was on all the time more people would enjoy this, also my big hatred of people leaving towels on beds and then going out for the day happened, I think pool staff should be more upkeeping on this as it’s unfair on others. But that’s just me nit picking, apart from that we had the best time ever, even looked at coming next year while we were away, we will definitely be returning again, thank you for a wonderful holiday with my family! If you are looking for a hotel/resort for your children/family holidays this is definitely the place to go!

We have just returned from another fantastic holiday at this hotel, having previously stayed here two years ago. This time we travelled with our 9-year-old and 1-year-old, as well as a large group of family members. The reception staff were amazing from start to finish. On our first day, we asked if it would be possible to move rooms so we could be closer to the rest of our family. They arranged this for the following day without any hesitation and were always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with any requests. The food was good, with plenty of variety available each day. We always managed to find something we enjoyed, and there was a great selection to choose from. The pool area is excellent and one of the highlights of the hotel. We never struggled to find a sunbed, which made our days around the pool much more relaxing. The rooms were also great—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The evening entertainment was probably the only area that felt a little disappointing compared to our previous visit. There was a mixture of magic shows and aerobics-style performances. Some of these were enjoyable, but others were not quite as engaging. When we visited two years ago, there was karaoke every night, whereas this time it was only available on Mondays and Fridays. It would have been nice to see karaoke offered more often, even if it was every other night. We did enjoy the bingo and quiz nights, which were great fun for everyone. I also felt there was quite a long gap between the children’s entertainment and the main evening entertainment, which made the evenings drag a little at times. My only real complaint was the drinks card system. On two occasions, I was refused a drink because I did not have my card with me, despite wearing my all-inclusive wristband. I understand why the card system is in place, but guests who are clearly identified as all-inclusive should not be refused service because they do not have the card. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants, making it a great base for exploring the local area without having to travel far. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are lovely, the rooms are great, the food offers plenty of choice, the pool area is excellent, and the location is ideal. Despite a few minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and Have already re booked for later in the year.

We have just come back from here and had a good time ,food was nice not a huge amount of choice but something for everyone ( party was 2 adults and 6 + 4 year old ) Breakfast was 8-10:30am Lunch 1-3pm evening meal was 7:30-9:30pm we had suite with garden view and over looked the front of the hotel and kids play area, evening entertainment was a kids disco at 8pm then a show at 9:30pm this was under the hotel by children slides area indoors not too load at all mainly acrobats and jugglers of different variety every night. The children's slide area was perfect for the kids only 0.5m deep through out with variety of slides and waterfalls. Pool area floor could get hot and slippery too sometimes. we always managed to get sunbeds as there were plenty and didn't go down to pool until 11ish most mornings. There was also a small baby pool too as the kids area could get busy. Activities by the pool everyday aqua dance , water polo, running mats. Kids club available with friendly staff in a air conditioned area to get out the sun for a bit. Shop onsite with good selection or drink snack gifts and pool floaties. inflatables and balls were aloud in the pools. we went all inclusive and the pool bar was for drinks only for all inclusive guest there is a indoor restaurant at pool level open 11am-6pm next to the arcade for all inclusive guests ( as well as buffet restaurant upstairs open at lunch too). All inclusive drinks worked on a card system you give your card to get you drink and have to take your cup back to get a new drink, I was able to go up to bar with 4 cups and was given 4 drinks. This worked well so cups and rubbish wasn't left around to attract wasps and is more sustainable, take cups back at end of day/night and get the card back. The location is outside the town which is around 20 minuet walk away, there is a beach in Lloret de mar but also this hotel is closer to Fennels Beach 10 minuet walk, soft shale beach's but the sea gets deep quickly and I didn't see any life guards around. There are plenty of shops and a super market close to hotel ( and a burger king) but not many bars close to hotel. I would recommend this hotel for families as very child friendly.

This is not a 4* hotel it would barely scrape a 3* in my opinion Positives: Room spacious but very basic Great for kids regarding pools and slides Tiny play area outside Nice pool bar Negatives: very poor housekeeping. Beds made 2 days out of 7, nothing cleaned, given half a bottle of shower gel and two tiny soaps no other toiletries like most hotels give. The only thing that was done was that the towels were renewed. You would expect more from a 4* hotel Food was plentiful but the same every day after the third day we started eating out for our evening meal even though we were all as we were sick of the same food being served breakfast lunch and dinner Entertainment was shocking I suppose this is ok if you are on a budget but I will not be coming back The restaurant staff were awful. No manners and were taking your plates away before you had even finished your meal or hovering over you waiting to take your plates Small toddlers not catered for even though it was a family resort.
