I'd say the hotel is good value for money with some positives and some negatives. I stayed all inclusive. Having said that I'd go back to the hotel if the price was fair. Even though the food was nice I wouldn't stay all inclusive because I'd like to explore the area more. The positives: The room was really clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The food exceeded my expectations and was really nice. There was fresh fruit at every meal which made me feel healthy ha ha. I thought the restaurant and bar staff were nice enough. The receptionist was really helpful when our transfer didn't turn up. The hotel grounds and flowers are pretty. It's only about 10 min walk to the beach. The negatives: It wasn't busy when we went but the pools were still very full. You couldn't get a sun bed in the morning but there was space after lunch. You got no information about what was included in all inclusive and nothing written at the bar. It would be helpful to know what you could order and when. None of the food had labels in the restaurant. I loved the food though so took the gamble! There were alot of groups of children / teenagers. Most were lovely. But one day there was a group of girls in the restaurant throwing around food. Then they got a big plate of chips which they put in drinks glasses. There were no adults sitting near them to stop them. It was off putting sitting next to them and I thought it was disrespectful to the staff. Our balcony overlooked a service area with bins and it smelt so bad we didn't sit on the balcony. This was a shame. The website said each room had a view of the pool or the street but ours didn't. The resort is noisy. That didn't bother me. But it's something to consider. Although I liked the hotel. The rooms are some spaces are tired. I would say it's a 3 star. I got a good deal. So was very happy and I'd stay again if I had a good deal again

We have just returned from a week half term break as a family. The hotel was quiet which did mean only one restaurant and a couple of bars were open. However we enjoyed the food and my family enjoyed having the multiple beautiful pools and water park almost to ourselves. There was almost no entertainment on site beyond piano man but we played pool and table tennis and then went into the town (which was also quiet) on a couple of nights. I think that is because it was so quiet at this time of year, the week after we left the mini disco looked set to start. The room was fine, decent air conditioning, shower and soundproofing. It had a fridge which was handy as we took a travel kettle. It was good value for money as this hotel is much cheaper at this time of year. It may not be great if you have young children (ours are 10 and 12) as many of the pools are deep, the mealtimes are in continental times and the food although a good choice isn't labelled so if you want to determine your squid from your onion ring this may not be the place for you. Also the beach slopes steeply not far off shore. However all that aside we had a very good time and would recommend. I imagine it's much busier but also more going on in the summer

Good things: Pool decent, quite clean, decking needs some tlc, pool bar ok drinks quality ok Rooms were good and were cleaned with new towels every day. Bad things: Reception is totally useless no one barely speaks English and upon checking in we were basically thrown a wristband and given no information, we discovered we couldn’t check in til 3pm OR get a drink from the bar OR go in the restaurant OR leave our luggage somewhere safe. An absolute farce! and standing in that reception area for 2 hours with about 200 young Spanish lads in a football tournament would test the patience of a saint. Staff seemed anti-English generally they would break their necks to serve the Spanish people with beaming smiles and conversation, as soon as any English people approached them they would pull an awkward face and walk off somewhere, no I’m not paranoid or imagining this all, every one I met agreed and felt uncomfortable with this. The real big problem with this hotel is the food/restaurant. Very, very poor quality throughout, nothing labelled up, nothing went with anything so impossible to get a balanced meal. Everything all dried up, toaster doesn’t toast anything, no wine or beer available with your meal all round appalling, had to eat out every day even for breakfast. I’m no foodie snob by any means but I wouldn’t let my dog eat here!
