Great experience with this hotel. Lobby and rooms are very clean, looking freshly renovated and modern. Daily housekeeping and clean towels. Laura at the front desk was very friendly and professional, fluent in many languages. Franco was so helpful, recommended to us a couple of excellent authentic restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was great, many choices for every taste. Never short on anything, food was replenished until the last minute. Location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Still secluded from the busiest streets, crowds and noise of Lloret. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels over the years but I was very impressed with this 4 star little gem in Lloret. Thank you all very much for another great vacation in Spain!

“Enjoyable visit”

The Hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. A 1 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the centre of lloret -there is a bus stop just around the corner, where you can catch a local circular bus which takes you also to the bus station for 2.5 euros. The Hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. A 1 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the centre of lloret -there is a bus stop just around the corner, where you can catch a local circular bus which takes you also to the bus station for 2.5 euros. The buses are a good way of visiting other places e.g Blanes which has a really nice harbour. Air con didn't appear to be working, and although we asked at reception and they said that someone would look at it, it still didn't work, so had to leave the balcony door open at night. We took a a travel kettle as there isn't one in the room.There are supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. No Balcony lights - so if like myself you want to sit on the balcony and read , it's not possible as day light fades. The staff are very friendly and mostly helpful. Food was sufficient in quantity, quality and variation. Housekeeping is exceptional .

Hotel and rooms are very clean, the pool facilities aren’t up to scratch really, no access for older people, couldn’t walk in the pool, the steps are quite steep and difficult to enter, the decking around the pool gets really hot in the sunshine and can burn the bottoms of your feet, so remember your flip flops. Bar staff ( Sara) can be quite rude, she was running around serving other guests , but not once asked if we would like a drink, customer service skills needed same with the dining room supervisor (Joanne). We were first into the dining at 7pm stood there to be checked in and then she choose to check in a Spanish family behind us first, I thought that was quite rude, now in my book that is discrimination. Other hotel staff were friendly enough. We didn’t get our room serviced on one occasion, we had left our towels on the bathroom floor as requested, so we had no clean towels until the following day after reporting it to housekeeping. There was a massive power outage in Spain countrywide while we were there, the hotel had no power back up , secondary lightning, everything was down, no lifts, power was off throughout. The hotel is in a prime position, 2 minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurants.
