Stayed here on a stopover from Girona/Banyoles to be nearer BCN for next day flight. Really lucky choice! Too short a time! Staff were great - very friendly and helpful, plentiful evening buffet and reasonably priced wine list. On street parking at €6 per day - we were lucky to get a space but there were other car parks nearby. Loved the beach, very chilled. Lovely family atmosphere on the front with restaurants, tapas bars etc. Hotel on street bar/restaurant seemed well used by non residents which is a good sign. Didn't use the pool so can't comment.

Stayed at this Hotel for 5 nights in June, the location is excellent, plenty of shops and restaurants around, we didn't eat out at night because we tried the dinner buffet on the 1st night and it was so good with plenty of variety and desserts galore we ate in every night. We stayed in one of the penthouse suites, the room was stunning with a lovely sea view and enjoyed having a bath on the balcony to dip in and out when sunbathing, didn't use the pool as we sunbathed on the balcony. There's a train track across the road from the Hotel, some people have said it's noisy but we had no issue's with it. We thought the Hotel was excellent value for money, all the staff are really friendly and couldn't fault the cleanliness anywhere, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves on the Costa Brava in future.

My sister and I have just returned from a four night stay at Aqua Promenade and we had the most wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. A special mention has to go to Nuri, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she was always smiling and cheerful. She is a real credit to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The food was consistently fresh, well presented, and there was a great variety to choose from. The staff worked tirelessly to keep everything clean and well stocked. We booked on a bed and breakfast basis, but after seeing the quality of the food, we decided to have dinner there as well. It was fantastic value for money, with an excellent selection of dishes and I would definitely recommend it. The hotel also has an Italian restaurant Mala Pekora, which is open to both hotel guests and the public. The food was absolutely outstanding and easily one of the best Italian restaurants I've visited to date. The menu offers plenty of choice, the prices are very reasonable, and every dish we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and Carla deserves a special mention for her exceptional customer service. If I had one small criticism, it would be that the main pool is quite small for the size of the hotel. However, with the beach just a short walk away, it didn't impact our stay at all. We also treated ourselves to the spa, which costs €15 for two hours (additional charges apply for treatments). We made full use of the facilities, including the indoor pool, cold pool, hot pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. It was the perfect way to unwind and round off our holiday. Overall, I would highly recommend Aqua Promenade to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable break. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Booked 2 rooms Half board, on arrival we were changed to sea view rooms which were lovely, you have got train noise but did not find this a problem, reception staff friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean and functional the cleaners are lovely and friendly. Food was good not to much choice but enough for a nice meal, no omelette at breakfast disappointed 13 year old! Pool area nice, not very big and no separate kids pool, shallow areas but then went deep, if the hotel was full I could see there not being enough beds, the pool is mainly in the shade most of the day, but the water was still quite warm, waiter service at the pool was a bit scarce easier to go to the bar yourself, but not an issue, also no bins around the pool so rubbish was lying around. This is a quiet hotel, great location for beach, shops and eating places, Friday there is a market which is nice to have a wonder around. would return as a couple as I think it's more suitable for couples.
