Very good hotel for couples, would definitely come back again. A few little hiccups but nothing major- we weren't given blue towels on check in for the pool, and took them 24 hours to get them to us. On one night the air con was leaking, but the staff did what they could in the middle of the night and someone came by first thing in the morning to fix. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food is very good too. We only booked breakfast which was lovely, a very good variety of hot and cold foods, plenty of teas, coffees and juice available too. We paid for dinner on one evening, which again was very good with a good selection, though could have been more hot foods to choose from as it was quite limited. That being said I do think there was something for everyone there. The pool is clean and well maintained, not a huge pool but enough space for everyone. The room we had was very nice- my only issue is that the bathroom door provides almost no privacy. It's a glass door (not see though) but can hear everything. The location of the hotel was ideal. It's right by the beach, the train station and local shops, very easy to get around. We don't have any accessibility needs, but from what I saw it looks like it could be ideal for wheelchair users. Ramps outside the hotel and going into the dining area, 2 lifts with a lot of space and loads of space in the hotel lobby.

hotel is in a great loaction on the sea front, there are shops and resturants and bars all close by, train station 2 minutes away. the hotel is very clean and the welcome is warm, the staff are very tentative and want to help. the rooms are plentiful regarding space, they have the usual amount of storeage, which never seems to be quite enough, but no really a problem. the beds are so comfortable, and sheets are change regular throughout our 2 weeks stay. there is a free safe, a tv with british channels and a veranda, some overlook the pool some the street/sea front. the food here is good and plentiful, the resturant is well stocked and tables cleared in good time, you can sit out and eat on the terrace. the pool area is quite small but nice, sunbeds are not always available, weather depending, so get out early if its going to be a sunny day. there is a bar by the pool but is part of the resurant so may be a little costly, we didnt use it while around the pool. there is a spa on the lower floors which we didnt use, there is also a well stocked gym. all in all its a great hotel to stay, this was our 2nd visit and will not be our last.

The hotel reception staff are excellent and the rooms are cleaned daily and are very clean. The dining hall is a decent size however the food on offer is limited and not a lot of variation breakfast if you attend after the first hour is loopworm. Dinner service is again limited options prity much same old sam old. The service in the bar area and the external area is very slow the staff seem to concentrate on the people in the restaurant however the entertainment is good most nights. It is not worth the 1,250 euro price tag for 7 nights for half board.
