After reading some worrying reviews prior to our holiday I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was nowhere near as bad as some people were making out. That said it’s definitely more a 3 star than a 4. Rooms were immaculate with regular cleaning and fresh towels. Beds comfy too. Rooms could be noisy with people slamming doors and moving furniture. Worth noting that if your pool facing it will be noisy till 11 with the entertainment. Bar staff were friendly but service at times was slow. Think this be helped by installing self service water fountains. Buffet was a bit of a hit or miss for us. There wasn’t too much options for kids or vegetarians. Layout could be better as it wasn’t very efficient and caused bottlenecks at times. Queuing wasn’t too bad the first week of our holiday but towards the end it was getting bad. Our last night was the worst with people queuing almost to the door just to access one section of the buffet. The restaurant was huge with plenty of seating. For size of the hotel we felt that the pool and its surrounded area just wasn’t big enough. Felt like we were all sitting on top of each other. If you didn’t go for loungers between 9-10 you would struggle to get them. There was limited umbrellas (many of which we broken) which meant we ended up buying our own. There is an area that is covered but this is a bit off from the main pool area. Biggest downside of this hotel for our group was that they didn’t allow mobility scooters inside the hotel, had we known this in advance we’d probably looked to book somewhere else. We’ve not had this issue before so we’re shocked by this discovery. We’d booked a scooter in advance via an external company. We had to scramble to hire a wheelchair on the day of arrival. That said the hotel was pretty disabled friendly otherwise. Another downside is that the nearest shop is at least a 10 min walk away with main resort centre about a 15 min walk.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. I'm currently 5 days into a weeks stay. Food is plentiful and enjoyable. I don't come on holidays to talk to the staff! Plenty of sunbeds. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. I'm currently 5 days into a weeks stay. Food is plentiful and enjoyable. I don't come on holidays to talk to the staff! Plenty of sunbeds. Room is as advertised. Pool view was a bonus. Not everyone is All Inclusive, therefore the hotel is very quiet in the evening. Don't expect much in the way of entertainment. Lager and shorts are stronger than expected due to half board customers expecting good value for money.

Just returned from this hotel. Location very good beach was closer than we originally thought Big down fall for me was the pool area , you had to get the sunbeds off the piles and umbrellas were a no no may have seen 4 from the hotel .The pool was full of kids on inflatables and adults aswell as the children throwing balls to each other ,with no consideration for anyone else By the pool I saw more of people's bodies than I would of liked to illfitting bathing wear but you had to laugh some people cannot look in a mirror Rooms basic but clean, no tea or coffee making facilities ,take your own towels as they do not hire them out . On the plus staff were extremely helpful and friendly and food was hot and flavoursome Would I return sorry it's a no

€6 euros a DAY to hire cot bedding. That’s if you can get a cot which is free apparently. We brought our own cot as I emailed twice but had no response. We didn’t bring a top sheet. But the still wanted €6 a day to hire one sheet (ridiculous) Had to buy our own umbrella for the pool area, as hardly any available. Again ridiculous, if they had bigger umbrellas around the pool area, people would not be able to take them to the beach. No baby changing facilities in hotel. NOT THAT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Other wise all ok, we were ok as only two of us in our room, but room quite small for family of four, which our other party was. Seems just a couple of tweaks needed to help that family vibe. They could have had a couple of options extra for the kids in the restaurant. Be aware all inclusive stops dead on 11 pm and the TVS etc in the bars turn off at 12 midnight (so couldn’t watch the England match). A good 15/30 minute walk to the nearest venue to watch the football, not good at 2am (realise this doesn’t happen all the while, but still a little disappointed) The other reviews were quite worrying before we came, not that bad. Management just need to tweak the little bits to make it much more enjoyable for younger families.
